For flight operation,approach and landing is one of the most prone phases to accidents and unsafe events.In recent years,unsafe events such as heavy landing often occur,which have potential harm to flight safety.At home and abroad,QAR is widely used to monitor the flight data in all stages of flight.Through a large number of consulting data,it is found that the analysis and research of heavy landing events and accidents in the industry only stay in a single sample,manual data screening and analysis.In order to explore the general causes of heavy landing events,this paper uses QAR data for quantitative analysis to find out the human and environmental risk factors that cause heavy landing.Because of the different dimensions of QAR data,the data are standardized and normalized.Based on the hierarchical clustering,the key flight parameters of landing phase are extracted,and three kinds of possible factors affecting heavy landing are determined.In order to ensure the universality of data processing results and the efficiency of data analysis,the heavy landing database is established by using Python platform programming.Finally,the correlation analysis of QAR data is carried out,and the correlation between various variables and landing load is established,and the correlation between environmental factors,human factors and heavy landing is discussed.The conclusion is as follows:1? The correlation coefficient analysis shows that the pilot's rough operation before grounding,aircraft height one second before grounding,downwind shear,large descent rate and small pitch attitude all have positive influence on heavy landing,and the degree of influence decreases in order of arrangement.2? After model test and confirmatory analysis,the model of heavy landing load is determined by backward regression analysis.The mathematical expression is Y = 1.512-0.042×A + 0.023×B.Where Y represents landing load value,A represents pitch change rate,and B represents height of one second before grounding.3? Based on the results of the correlation study,the qualitative conclusions about the causes of the heavy landing events are obtained,and the operation suggestions for avoiding the heavy landing are put forward,which are helpful for the safety of the aircraft approach and landing.
