Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,supported TiO2/HZSM-5 and TiO2/iM30K photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method,and was added CTAB as the template on the basis.The photocatalysts were characterized through XRD,SEM,EDS、TEM、SAED、FT-IR、FT-FIR、UV-Vis DRS、BET and BJH、FS、XPS measurements.The effect of CTAB amount and iM30K loading amount on photocatalytic activity of supported TiO2 photocatalysis materials were studied.The photoactivity of loading TiO2 photocatalytic materials in azophloxine degradation were investigated.The conclusions are as follows:1.The loading TiO2/HZSM-5 photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method with CTAB as a template.Acording to XRD,the crystallite size of TiO2 increasing along with the amount of CTAB.BET and BJH show that amount of CTAB and temperature of calcination all can change the specific surface area.Compared with TiO2(30%)/HZSM-5,the photocatalytic materials with CTAB own larger specific surface area.When the amount of CTAB is 3 g and the calcination temperature is 400oC the sample specific surface area is229.66 m2/g,and it can produce more·OH by ultraviolet irradiation.So3C-TiO2(30%)/HZSM-5 has the best photocatalytic activity.2.The loading TiO2/iM30K photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method with iM30K as a carrier,the density of TiO2/iM30K was significantly reduced with TiO2.The density of TiO2(30%)/iM30K was 0.96 g/cm3 similar to the water,so the TiO2(30%)/iM30K can float in the azophloxine solution.It can increase the recovery and utilization rate,and conducive to practical application.In order to prove is recycling,take five cycles.For the first times,photocatalytic degradation efficiency of azophloxine with TiO2 and TiO2(30%)/iM30K is 29.7%and 26.8%.The fifth time,the efficiency of TiO2 only 9.5%,the efficiency of TiO2(30%)/iM30K is 15.3%.3.The loading TiO2(30%)/iM30K photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method with iM30K as a template.The XRD shows that crystallite size of TiO2 increasing along with the amount of CTAB.And according with SEM and TEM,when the calcination temperature to 800o C iM30K will be damaged.When the amount of CTAB is 1.5 g and the calcination temperature is 400oC the sample can produce more·OH by ultraviolet irradiation.So 1.5C-TiO2(30%)/HZSM-5 has the best photocatalytic activity.
