Study On Financial Performance Evaluation Of M Coal Company

Coal industry is a pillar basic industry related to the development of China's national economy,and it is also a key implementation area of the supply-side structural reform during the13 th five-year plan period.In 2018,coal supply shortages continued,and coal prices stayed relatively high.The operating income and performance of coal enterprises are increasing on the whole.The operating income and net profit of M company both declined sharply,and its development trend deviated significantly from the industry.In addition,it is faced with such problems as low asset utilization rate,unreasonable industrial structure and financial performance evaluation system.On the basis of this significance,this paper firstly analyzes the current financial performance evaluation system and financial situation of M company based on relevant theories of financial performance evaluation.Secondly,it proposes the feasibility and necessity of the factor analysis evaluation system for the company at present,and then constructs a horizontal and vertical evaluation model.The horizontal evaluation mainly selects 34 coal enterprises in the same industry,and the vertical evaluation mainly takes the historical data of M company from2009 to 2018 as the sample.According to the comparative analysis of the evaluation results,the main aspects affecting the total score of M company are obtained.Finally,the paper finds out the main internal factors according to the core index with relatively high load information in the main influence aspect,so as to put forward the relatively reasonable and targeted improvement Suggestions.In this paper,the M company is scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of financial analysis,help M actively adjust the strategic direction and development countermeasures in order to improve its operating conditions,at the same time to help the coal enterprise to dissolve the elimination of excess capacity structure of gather development model,better adapt to the supply side of the deepening of structural reform policy and propulsion,have important theoretical and practical significance.
