The precise pressure control of diamond press is very important to the quality and output of diamond.In this paper,in order to reduce the pressure fluctuation in the process of pressure compensation,a pressure control system of diamond press based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed.Firstly,this paper compares the existing methods and equipment characteristics of voltage compensation.Aiming at the defects of three-phase asynchronous motor in the process of voltage compensation,referring to the existing 750 press control system,a scheme is proposed that permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to replace threephase asynchronous motor in the process of voltage compensation and fuzzy PID algorithm is embedded in the press controller to control the process of voltage compensation.In order to calculate the complex control algorithm in the press controller,a press controller based on STM32 is designed.In terms of hardware,the compressor controller improves the operation ability of the equipment and the interference suppression performance of pressure acquisition;in terms of software,the discrete fuzzy PID algorithm is implanted into the compressor controller through fixedpoint operation.The physical model of PMSM,the principle of vector control,the structure and motion of hydraulic components are analyzed and the simulation model is established.In the Simulink environment,the actual signal state is simulated by step response and slope interference experiment,and the control accuracy of the compensation circuit is verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control can achieve a compensation accuracy of 0.005 MPa,and the system's rapidity and anti-interference ability are better than the ordinary PID control.The diamond press adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor to control the pressure compensation,and the motor compensates the leakage in real time at low speed.The permanent magnet synchronous motor has no torque ripple and runs smoothly in low frequency.The supplementary pressure control scheme proposed in this paper meets the requirements of pressure maintaining technology in diamond production.The permanent magnet synchronous motor effectively avoids the torque ripple when the motor works at low speed.Fuzzy PID improves the accuracy of the supplementary pressure control,and effectively takes into account the rapidity and accuracy of the system.
