| With the popularization of various kinds of electrical equipment in people’s daily life and industrial production,the frequency of electrical fire also increased,electrical fire caused by the loss of the consequences and become more and more serious.In order to prevent the occurrence of electrical fire and reduce the loss,it is particularly important to upgrade and develop the electrical fire monitoring device.The purpose of this topic is to combine the relevant national standards and electrical fire site requirements,a set of electrical fire monitoring device with accurate detection,sensitive alarm and simple operation is designed.The work of this paper is summarized as follows:Firstly,I analyzed the severe form of electrical fire in China,the research status of electrical fire at home and abroad is understood by referring to relevant literature domestic and overseas;The principle and process of electrical fire caused by electrical short circuit and overload are analyzed.Thus,the research significance and main contents of this paper are introduced.Secondly,the overall design of the device is carried out.According to the relevant national standards,the design standards and functions of the equipment are determined,demonstrate the common communication modes between the devices,the CAN Field bus is optimized as the communication mode of the equipment.Then the hardware circuit of electrical fire monitoring equipment and detector is designed in detail.STM32 series MCU is selected as the main controller of the monitoring device.,depending on the function of the module,the schematic circuit diagram of the main part is given and the circuit principle is introduced,and the main components are selected and introduced,including core MCU,CAN bus transceiver and so on.Then I designed the software part,the program flow chart was designed;The function and realization method of each program module are analyzed;Provided the core program code of relevant parts the communication protocol of CAN bus is analyzed,the alarm priority is obtained by using the identifier to distinguish the alarm priority.Finally,in order to conduct comprehensive testing of electrical fire monitoring device prototype,a simple monitoring software for upper computer is designed.The test results show that:The signal acquisition accuracy,key indicators alarm and fault response time of fire monitoring device meet the requirements of national standards;At the same time,compared with the previous generation of RS-485 based products,the response speed has been significantly improved. |
