The arsenic pollution in the mining area interacts with the surrounding environmental geology,causing environmental geological problems such as land resource damage and water system damage,restricting the sustainable economic development of the mining area and threatening the health of local residents.In order to analyze the release behavior of arsenic in Shimen mining area in Hunan Province and conduct a preliminary investigation into the remediation of arsenic pollution in the mining area,this paper takes the soil,primary and secondary tailings,and river sediments as the object,with the help of acid rain,redox microorganism and Nano FeS focuses on the study of arsenic release behaviors.By means of Origin,Coredraw,ICP-AES,LC-AFS,etc.,the arsenic release behavior is analyzed.The main results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the seven-day acid rain dissolution experiment,111.037°E,29.658°N is the highest arsenic release locations(sulphur plant).The release of arsenic reaches 27.29mg/L at 168h;the release of calcium reaches 84.73mg/L at 120h.(2)The maximum value of arsenic release under the action of redox bacteria,arsenic(As(T))released by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans at 168h releases oripment(113.1mg/L),Under the effect of Sulfate reducing bacteria,the highest arsenic(As(T))release under 168h was the oripment(34.2mg/L).(3)With respect to primary tailings,the arsenic release of oripment under the action of redox organisms in Shimen mining area poses a greater threat to the environment than realgar.Pertaining to typical secondary tailings,the threat of arsenic containing clip rock tailing under redox organisms is higher than leachate secondary arsenic-containing tailing.The arsenic release from oripment of the primary tailings is more threatening to the environment than containing clip rock tailing.(4)Under the conditions of 8℃,25℃and 37℃,the release of As(T)and As(Ⅲ)from realgar and oripment under the action of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans increased with increasing temperature.At the same temperature(8℃/25℃/37℃),the release of arsenic from oripment is higher than that of realgar under the action of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans.(5)The Nano-FeS synthesized by SRB and JF-5 showed a black precipitate,and the precipitate showed a stretching vibration of Fe-S after Raman spectrum,and XRD showed that it was tetragonal pyrite(FeS0.9).
