The electrospinning process can effectively prepare nanofibers,and has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple equipment and large output.The traditional electrospinning process mainly uses a flat collection plate to prepare fibers,and the fibers will appear disordered and uncontrollable,which limits the application of nanofibers.Therefore,improving the traditional electrospinning process to prepare highly ordered and controllable nanofibers has become a research hotspot in this field.In this paper,the flat collecting plate commonly used in traditional electrospinning equipment is changed to a curved collecting plate,and 6% PEO solution is used to prepare fibers by curved surface electrospinning.According to the actual situation of fiber quality,combined with Ansys simulation of the spatial electric field distribution.The main influencing factors and related laws of fiber preparation by curved surface electrospinning are studied.The main studies of this paper are followed:1.Through single-factor change,the effects of the difference in surface area distribution,curvature radius,spinning voltage,electrode spacing,and unevenness on the quality of the deposited fiber on the surface of the curved collection plate were investigated.The quality of the deposited fiber mainly considers the three aspects of the order,density and diameter of fiber.2.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to characterize the order,density and diameter of the deposited fibers,and observe the degree of sparseness of the aerial fibers formed on the top of the concave curved collecting plate during electrospinning.Combining the above two points,the forming quality of deposited fiber and aerial fiber is analyzed and studied.3.When analyzing the quality of surface deposited fibers and aerial fibers,from the perspective of electric field strength and electric field distribution,Ansys is used to simulate the space electric field,combining the experimental results with the electric field to study the influence and law of surface area distribution,curvature,spinning voltage,electrode spacing and unevenness on fiber preparation.Through the above research,the preparation of ordered fibers by concave surface electrospinning was achieved,and the influence law of the radius of curvature and the deposition area of the collecting plate on the preparation of ordered fibers was obtained.When the radius of curvature is large,the lower and middle parts of the concave plate can be compared to a flat plate to prepare more disordered fibers;when the radius of curvature is small,the concave plate can be compared to two parallel separators to prepare the ordered fibers.The deposition area of the collecting plate can be divided into radial and axial directions.The fibers at the bottom of the radial are deposited orderly but sparsely,while the top is disorderly and dense;the fibers at the axial side edges are orderly but sparse,while the middle is relatively disordered and dense.According to these influence laws,which provides a certain reference for the controllable preparation of ordered fibers.
