Design And Research Of Mechanical Assembly Model Based On Ancient Chinese Armor

At present,China's assembly model toy market has been occupied by Japanese,European and American toy enterprises.Meanwhile,the ancient Chinese armor culture is losing,which is in urgent need of inheritance,and the negative effects of mobile phones on children are showing increasingly.The author hopes to apply the research on the ancient Chinese armor culture to the model toy of machine armor assembly,thereby inheriting the culture of ancient Chinese armor through education and entertainment,and effectively improve the negative impact brought by electronic devices such as smart phones and fill in the blank of China's model toy market.This subject applies the literature research method and the comparative research method,through a large number of collection and review of relevant ancient Chinese armor literature and books,to understand the concept of machine armor,study relevant knowledge of assembly model and compare existing excellent products,explore their creative design thinking and ideas and apply them to this subject.This subject firstly makes a comparative analysis of the current situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign toy assembly market,and then makes an in-depth understanding of the ancient armor culture in China,from the early Stone Age--the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period,to the mid-Qin Dynasty--Tang and Song Dynasties,and finally to the Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.By studying the shape and change of armor at each stage in each dynasty,the historical connotation of armor culture was extracted,and the design blueprint of the assembly model toy of armor culture was determined.In addition,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the Japanese BANDAI toy company which leads the trend of assembling model toys and its representative work Gundam model,which serves as an important reference for this design.Finally,on this basis,the 3D modeling software Solidworks was used to design and produce a model toy with the cultural characteristics of ancient Chinese armor through 3D printing technology.
