The fruit bag paper is an agricultural technology-specific paper that used for in the fruit growth period.In recent years,The paper for apple bags of domestic and paper bags have formed an industry,and have drive the research and development of bagging equipment.However,with the widespread use of the fruit bag paper,recycling of the waste fruit bag paper in China is still immature,so the recycling process design of the waste fruit bag paper has a good prospect.In this paper,the waste fruit bag paper of a fruit field is used as raw material,and the time of water prepreg treatment,concentration of pulping,temperature of pulping,agent of different dehumidification were changed to dissociate and screening.By analyzing the physical properties of recycled paper studied the performance changes of waste fruit bag paper during the regeneration,and obtained the best pulping conditions of waste fruit bag paper,which provides the necessary theoretical and technical support for further research on the recycling technology of waste fruit bag paper.At the same time,direct black dyeing replace carbon black solved the problem of low retention rate of carbon black in the regeneration process of the fruit bag paper.Effect of the time of water prepreg treatment,concentration of pulping,temperature of pulping on the pulping effect and paper-forming properties of waste fruit bag paper this paper were discussed.The experimental results showed that the fiber disintegration ability small changes with the increase of pre-impregnation time.Considering the cost of heating and manual treatment,it was thought that the waste fruit bag paper don't need to do a long time bath before disintegration.Hence,in the case of no additive,the basic pulping process condition of the waste fruit bag paper was that the time of pulping was 20 min,temperature of pulping was 50?,and the concentration of pulping was 15%in without water prepreg treatment.The effects of aluminum sulfate,sodium hypochlorite and magnesium sulfate on the disintegration effect and paper-forming properties of waste fruit bag paper was researched.Firstly,the conditions of temperature and concentration of pulping were changed to optimize under the optimum dosage of different additives,and that come the best pulping conditions under different additives.After analysis,In terms of yield,the maximum yield was 91.43%when the dosage of aluminum sulfate was 10%,and the maximum yield were 78.22%and 83.88%respectively when the dosage of sodium hypochlorite and magnesium sulfate were 8%.In terms of cost,dealing with waste fruit paper per ton with price of aluminum sulfate needed 350 yuan.The prices of sodium hypochlorite and magnesium sulfate were 528 yuan and 136 yuan respectively.The cost of magnesium sulfate was lower than that of sodium hypochlorite and aluminum sulfate,and had a good price advantage;From in terms of paper performance,the tensile index of the three additives didn't change much,and the tear index of magnesium sulfate was better than that of sodium hypochlorite and aluminum sulfate.So the results showed that magnesium sulfate as a dehumidification strong additive also has certain advantages in terms of paper properties.Collectting suitable retention aids studied the dyeing process conditions to improve dyeing effect of direct black dyes in fruit bag paper.The results showed that the appropriate dosage of aluminum sulfate and polyaluminum chloride were 2%,meanwhile,from the comparison of cost and retention effect,the effect of polyaluminium chloride was better than aluminum sulfate.Under the optimal retention system,considering to dye cost and paper blackness to determine dosage of dye was 2%.The proper dyeing process conditions was that dyeing temperature and time were 25? and 30 min respectively,and increasing the beating degree of the slurry was advantageous for dyeing within a certain range.The dyed paper has good light fastness and the shading performance meets the national standard and have good water resistance.In summary,direct black dye replace carbon black has certain application prospects.
