The length and the seal of urban drainage pipeline construction are increased.After long time use,many drainage pipes have reached their service life,some of them are damaged.On the other hand,some newly drainage pipes has also started to destroyed due to quality.Which have seriously affected the normal running of urban drainage networks.Even endanger people's life and safety.The excavation technology have been used for many years,it disrupted traffic greatly.The cured insite pipeline(CIPP)has the advantage that does not need to excavate the road.Only constructed at inspection well with short time,which has been developed rapidly.However,most of the materials used in CIPP process was abroad,which limits the development of this technology in China.In this paper,industrialization of non-woven lining hoses for CIPP in drainage pipeline was studied.Compared with the domestic and foreign constraction standards,the quality requirements of non-woven lining hoses were regulated,the manufacture and performance of non-woven lining hoses were studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for realizing the localization of non-woven lining hoses.First of all,CIPP construction standards from home and abroad were compared with the aspects of structure,classification,substrate,impermeable membrane and joint materials,The basic requirements for hose quality and performance were conducted:The transverse and longitudinal tensile strength of the hose and joint shall not be less than 5 MPa,and the joint shall be able to withstand the tensile force,pressure and curing temperature during the construction.The seams of each layer of the multi-layer hose should be staggered,and the joints should be firmly connected;the thickness of the outer layer TPU film should not be less than 0.4 mn,which provides a reference and basis for the subsequent study and establishment of the hose product standard.The mechanical properties and perfonmance of the substrate play a key role for the quality of the hose.Tests on imported hoses showed that the specifications of the non-woven fabric were 800 g/m2,The axial and hoop tensile strengths were 4.42 MPa and 8.06MPa,respectively.The permeability was 0.479×10-7 m2/m2,the specification of the impermeable membrane was 1000 g/m2,and the viscous flow temperature was 175?.The specifications of the selected non-woven fabric of this subject were 800 g/m2 and its axial and circumferential tensile strengths were 4.47 MPa and 6.36MPa,respectively.The permeability was 0.436×10-7 m2/m2,the TPU membrane specification was 1000 g/m2,and the viscous flow temperature was 167?.The mechanical properties of geotexitiles after lamination were improved,and the overall tensile strength was higher than 5MPa.The thermal welding process parameters and mechanical properties of the joint were optimized and tested by using the self-made seam machine.The results showed that:the optimum composite temperature of inner and outer joints were 340? and 380?,respectively.The tensile strength of the inner and outer joints were 9.14 MPa and 29.6 MPa,respectively.With the use temperature vincreased,the tensile strength of the inner and outer joints increased first and then decreased,the tensile strength has different degrees of attenuation.The strength of the outer seam was higher than that of the inner seam,the tensile strength of the double seam was better than that of the single seam.Based on the apparent appearance and the initial structural performance requirements of the curing tube,the hose structure was optimized and a series of curing experiments were conducted.The results show that the width of inner layer non-woven hose and outer coating non-woven hose were 116cm and 112cm,respectively.The apparent morphology of CIPP was smooth.CIPP of German hoses,a domestic hose and a self-made hose,flexural modulus were 2038 MPa,1881 MPa,2103 MPa,bending strength were 59.7 MPa,62.2 MPa,39.6 MPa,tensile strengths were 17.9 MPa,18.9 MPa,and 19.7 MPa;the heat distortion temperature were 93.0?,89.7? and 90.3?,respectively.
