As one of the important food product in China,the green beans often appear on the table.Except experienced shelled,cleaned,boiled matUration,water logging caused by excessive rainfall,refrigerated packing,the green beans also have to be secondary screening.Screening process is mainly to select high-quality quick-frozen beans through two station sorting.In order to ensure the quality of frozen green beans,the frozen green beans must first be removed the bean pods and small pieces of ice through vibration sorter.Then workers need to select the green beans sorted through vibration sorter artificially and sort out some rotten and incomplete frozen green beans.Due to manual sorting frozen green beans is not only consuming time,but also increasing the human cost of the factory,reducing the efficiency of the factory and causing visual fatigue through sorting frozen beans for a long time.It impacts the quality of frozen green beans as a result.Based on the production of quick-frozen green beans in a food processing plant,a transmission system of intelligent foreign body removal mechanism is designed in this paper.The intelligent eliminating mechanism is mainly divided into three parts,the first one is CCD visual inspection,the second one is pneumatic removal mechanism,and the third one is the transmission system.The three modules are complement each other.Firstly,the quick-frozen green beans pass through the hopper,and then transferred to the below of the CCD visual inspection through the material drum.The CCD detector transmits the detection results to the computer,which controls the electromagnetic valve through PLC to remove the unqualified foreign bodies.The emphasis of this paper is to ensure the high-speed and smooth operation of the traditional system.The main completed research work of this paper includes:1.Researching relevant references in China and foreign countries and determine a set of schemes according to the specific needs of enterprises.2.Designing the traditional system of intelligent foreign body removal mechanism,mainly including motor,reducer,grooved wheel,etc.The point is to optimize the grooved wheel mechanism,reduce the flexible impact caused by the grooved wheel mechanism,and ensure the CCD detection and pneumatic elimination can be carried out accurately.3.Designing pneumatic culling mechanism,including culling method selection,conjoined nozzle design and PLC model selection,etc.The intelligent foreign body drive system studied in this paper can ensure reliable operation through virtual prototype simulation,which is of high practical application value to the automatic food production line and has certain reference significance to the elimination of the same type of food.
