| PVC is one of the most widely used plastic materials.The performance presented is also diverse.Especially after its plasticization,it has become the favorite of the material industry.The traditional PVC plasticizer,such as phthalate(DEPH),has good performance,but the harm to human body is gradually eliminated.Therefore,the search for an environmentally efficient plasticizer will open a new way for the use of PVC materials.In this Paper,nontoxic nadidic acid was selected as raw material,isoamyl ester was esterified with isoamyl ester in concentrated sulfuric acid to form isoamyl nadidicate.The new plasticizer was characterized by IR,NMR,gas chromatography and scanning electron microscope to prove the structure and purity of the product and a series of indicators.The optimum synthetic conditions were selected through laboratory experiments,according to which the industrial production process was designed,and the industrial decolorization was carried out.The optimum decolorization conditions were selected and applied in industrial production.A new type of nontoxic PVC material was prepared by adding a new plasticizer,isoamyl natticate(NAAE),into PVC resin,and characterize the properties.which we can get are as follows:(1)The optimum conditions for industrial synthesis are as follows:molar ratio of alcohol anhydride 2.2:1,optimum reaction time 6 h,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid of catalyst 0.15%of the total mass,synthesis temperature 145℃-155℃,vacuum degree-0.18 MPa.The esterification rate can reach 99.1%.(2)The best industrial decolorization process:the final decolorizing agent was 200 mesh wooden activated carbon,the dosage of decolorizer was 1.0 and the decolorization time and decolorization temperature were 50min and 100℃,respectively.(3)The optimum conditions of plasticizer NAAE plasticizing PVC were as follows:plasticizing temperature 150℃,plasticizing time 9 min,molding temperature 165℃,hot pressing time 5 min,and the optimum amount of plasticizer 45phr.The plasticizer NAAE plasticized PVC exhibits excellent tensile strength,elongation at break,low temperature impact,volatility and light transmittance.According to previous work,the epoxidation of diisoamyl nadidicarate was improved.A new epoxy plasticizer,diisoamyl epoxide,was obtained,its structure was characterized by IR and NMR,and it was used in plasticizing of PVC resin.The conclusions are as follows:(1)by thermodynamic mechanical analysis of plasticized PVC,the glass state temperature(Tg);of PVC resin is obtained and the relationship between storage modulus and temperature is obtained.With the increase of temperature,the storage modulus decreases gradually.When the temperature is below-40℃,the energy storage modulus decreases sharply at the temperature range of-40℃ to 30℃,and the energy storage modulus at the temperature range of-40℃ to 30℃,and the energy storage modulus at the temperature above 30℃ is approximately kept at 150mPa.This fully shows that epoxy Nadic diisoamyl ester can better reduce the rigidity of PVC materials and strengthen the flexibility of the materials.(2)from the thermogravimetric properties of the plasticized PVC samples,it can be found that the Ti、T50 and Tp1 of the samples increase with the increase of diisoamyl epoxide content;Compared with the sample F0,the Ti、T50 and Tplof sample F4 were increased by 15.3C 14.8℃ and 4.1℃,respectively.(3)The mechanical properties of PVC were analyzed by universal tensile testing machine.When the content of diisoamyl epoxide increased,the elongation at break and tensile strength of plasticized PVC increased.When the component of diisoamyl epoxide is 45phr,the elongation at break of F3 is 301.15.Therefore,when the content of diisoamyl epoxide is 45phr,the mechanical properties of PVC are the best. |
