Inkjet printer propels charged ink droplets to spray and print patterns,words and digital images on various surfaces pursuant to the deflection motion of high voltage electric field principle.But due to material constraints,sometimes the sprayed objects are in uneven shape,leaving it a hard task for injet printer to print.Therefore,the non-contact jet printer was born to solve the problem.The nozzle of this kind of inkjet printer does not need to contact the printing object directly,and the position of its surface relative to the nozzle can be changed at will,as well as the angle.The booming development of various industries has elevated the demand for higher-end inkjet printer technology in order to achieve a new breakthrough,which is imminent in our era.The charging effect and high voltage deflection electric field of non-contact jet printer play a critical role in the quality of inkjet printer.Therefore,it is of profound significance to study the calculation of the internal electric field regarding the nozzle.This paper built model within the nozzle,simulated the numerical values,thus obtaining the electric field distribution diagram.The main contents are as follows:(1)Anazaying the electric field distribution of deflection field near two different deflection plates.The electric field inhomogeneity coefficient in two different cases is calculated,and the electric field inhomogeneity coefficients of the two deflection plates are very close to 1.(2)After determining the shape of the deflection plate,built model and simulated the numerical values of its unipolarity and symmetrical bipolarity respectively.Meanwhile,compared and analyzed the effects of unipolarity and symmetrical bipolarity on the motion of ink droplets in the deflection electric field.At the same time,this paper explored the electric field distribution of three typical positions considering the influence of ink position change on the printing process.(3)The potential distribution near the phase sensor.When the phase sensor is in suspension state,principally elaborated on the influence of sensors in different sizes on the distribution of electric potential.(4)When analyzing the electric field distribution in the charging electrode,the shape,size,slot width and charging voltage of the charging electrode were taken into account.
