As a new type of functional concrete material,pervious cement concrete has the characteristics of continuous pore structure,high porosity(generally 10-30%),light weight and high permeability.Generally,it consists of gradeless coarse aggregate,cementious materials(cement,various admixtures,admixtures,etc.)and water.It has wide application prospects in the pavement of residential areas,squares and parks.At the same time,due to the low strength of pervious concrete itself,poor impact and abrasion resistance,low freeze-thaw damage resistance,that seriously restricting the popularization and application of pervious concrete in other fields.At present,there are few studies on the wear resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete at home and abroad.High strength pervious concrete was produced by adding ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),waste crumb rubber.Abrasion and freezing-thawing tests were conducted to study the effects of type and content of admixture on the abrasion and freezing-thawing resistance of pervious concrete.The test results show that:(1)EVA powder,80 mesh fine crumb rubber and 10 mesh crumb rubber have important influence on the compressive strength,porosity and permeability of pervious concrete,and the influence rule is related to the type and content of admixture.(2)EVA powder has a positive effect on the abrasion resistance of pervious concrete.The effect of rubber on the abrasion resistance of pervious concrete is related to the incorporation content,and rubber of 3%content is beneficial to the abrasion resistance of pervious concrete.The particle size of waste rubber has no obvious effect on the abrasion resistance of pervious concrete.There is no obvious linear relationship between the abrasion resistance of the pervious concrete after the modification of the admixture and the strength of the concrete.(3)EVA has a positive effect on the freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete,and the effect of rubber on the freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete is related to the rubber content and particle size.The freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete with 3%rubber is obviously enhanced.With the increase of the content,the freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete decreased,especially the freeze-thaw resistance of pervious concrete with 10 mesh crumb rubber.The damage evolution equation can well characterize the damage evolution process of latex permeable concrete with different content in freeze-thaw environment.
