Research And Application Of Short Cycle Wells Classification Control Technology

Dagang Oilfield has multi-type reservoir,loose sandstone,deep low permeability and heavy oil reservoir are the main types.Small fault block,high complexity and large differences in personality;wells with obvious characteristics,depth,slope,heavy oil,sand,corrosion and other contradictions coexist,lifting technology supporting difficulty.The technical level of reservoir geological characteristics and technological constraints,different oilfield production and development showed different characteristics,eccentric wear of rod tube,sand card buried,corrosion and scaling problems in some blocks is particularly prominent.In 2014,the maintenance operation of pumping well in Dagang Oilfield was carried out 938 times,the problem of partial abrasion of rod and pipe accounted for 39.7%,and the influence of sand production by unconsolidated sandstone reservoir accounted for 17.1%.In 2014 because of rod and pipe corrosion caused by rod break off,missed 130 wells tube pump operation,maintenance operations accounted for 13.9%of the workload,due to corrosion tubing discarded annually about 450 thousand meters,pumping scrap bar nearly 300 thousand meters.The more serious problem is the partial grinding,sanding and corrosion of wells exemption period is generally,and short,the production cost greatly increase the crude oil.This paper through summarizing and classifying the causes of short-cycle wells,the paper formulates specific control measures for the causes of eccentric wear,sand production and corrosion,and effectively controls difficult short-cycle wells by relying on the optimization and improvement of new technology,such as the control of side-drilling sand production by centric double-pipe hydraulic pump and the prevention of eccentric wear by new sucker rod compensator.This paper carried out short cycle wells governance technology benchmarking analysis,deepen and perfect,supporting technology research of short cycle wells in different types of short cycle wells classification techniques of control optimization are used to deepen the research work,the formation of the treatment process and sequence matching technology application has extended cycle rate,the stability of the old oilfield crude oil production,the importance of access control to surrender,economies of scale.At the same time,research on technical limits of different types of short cycle wells is carried out,and the short cycle well technology and economic and reasonable optimization are realized.This paper studies the formation technology of short period wells,and provides technical means for the scale control of different types of short period wells.So that the pumping unit in Dagang oilfield can effectively prolong the pumping period of rod pump and pump well,and the matching level of the mining technology will be improved year by year.
