Medium density fiberboard is referred to medium density board,abbreviated as MDF.Its raw materials are mainly logs,and its production equipment is also designed based on the logs.Therefore,the production of MDF not only consumes a large amount of wood,but also generates a large amount of waste.Using waste wood as a raw material and using the existing MDF production equipment,back-spraying of the raw material will occur,which will cause difficulty in feeding,and it will be difficult to smoothly produce MDF.In this paper,waste wood,scraps,and bark are used as raw materials in the production of MDF.The research on the compression feeding device of the cooking tank during the production of MDF is of great significance to reduce waste of resources and protect environment.In this paper,according to the pressure in the cooking tank and the simulated experimental value,the density of material plug and the compression ratio of the screw feeding shaft are determined when the pressure of the cooking tank is sealed.And the screw compression feeding device and anti-spray device are designed according to the density and compression ratio.The structure simulation of screw feeding device was studied by ANSYS software.The internal flow field of the screw feeder was numerically simulated by Fluent software.The distribution of the pressure field inside the screw feeder was calculated by iterative calculation.The pressure value of the basin was gradually increased along the feeding direction and the pressure value at the inlet is gradually increased.By changing the rotation speed and compression ratio of the screw feed shaft,it found that the internal pressure value of the screw feeder is basically constant with the increase of the rotation speed;as the compression ratio increases,the internal pressure value of the screw feeder gradually increases.The effect of the internal pressure field of the screw feeder on the screw feed axis was studied by the unidirectional fluid-solid coupling method.The influence of different speeds and different compression ratios on the strength and deformation of the screw feed shaft was analyzed.At different speeds,the maximum stress and deformation of the spiral feed shaft remain basically the same;with the increase of the compression ratio,the maximum stress value of the spiral feed shaft gradually increases,and the deformation gradually decreases.
