The Impact Of FDI On Shanxi's Economic-Ecological Relationship Under The "Belt And Road Initiative"

The purpose of the "Belt and Road" initiative is to promote the rapid development of the economy and people's livelihood along the line.It not only facilitates the exchange and intercommunication between the countries,but also provides business opportunities for the country to enable the transformation and upgrading of the industries along the line.Under the"Belt and Road Initiative" initiative,Shanxi cannot blindly pursue economic growth during the critical period of economic transformation.It cannot ignore the importance of the ecological environment,but should ensure the coordinated development of economy and ecology.Since the reform and opening up,Shanxi's economy has achieved leap-forward growth.Among them,FDI has played an important role in its rapid economic growth,and the relationship between economy and ecology is close.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of FDI on economic-ecological relations.Through the coefficient of variation method,the coupling coordination model and the SPSS correlation analysis method,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the impact of FDI on Shanxi's economic-ecology in 2007-2016 under the "Belt and Road" initiative was carried out,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,the utilization characteristics of FDI in Shanxi Province under the "Belt and Road Initiative" are:(1)In 1985-2007,the level of FDI utilization in Shanxi was low,and the use of FDI in 2007-2016 showed an irregular "W" shape.(2)The use of foreign capital in Shanxi Province is uneven,and most of the foreign capital flows to the manufacturing industry.(3)FDI has a small proportion in Shanxi's economic growth and its contribution rate is not high.(4)The source of Shanxi FDI is gradually diversified,and a single Asia is expanding to allcontinents.(5)Shanxi FDI is mainly based on joint ventures,and it continues to rise and grow with the development of economic development.(6)Shanxi's use of FDI is centered on Taiyuan and is concentrated in resource-rich areas.Secondly,the relationship between Shanxi's economy and ecology is analyzed.From the time point of view,the overall level of economic-ecological comprehensive development in Shanxi Province in 2007-2016 is on the rise;the economic-ecological coupling has remained above 0.8,and the height between the two is high.Coupling;economic-ecological coupling coordination from endangered to high-quality coordination.From the perspective of space,the economic-ecological coupling coordination degree of Shanxi Province presents the spatial distribution characteristics centered on Taiyuan.Thirdly,it analyzes the impact of FDI on Shanxi's economic-ecological factors and concludes:(1)the impact of FDI on Shanxi's economy.In the short-term,FDI will play a significant role in promoting its economic development in the past year;after 2 years After that,the contribution of FDI to economic growth was not obvious.(2)Analysis of the impact of FDI on Shanxi's ecology,it is concluded that the relationship between FDI and industrial SO2 emissions,industrial wastewater and soot emissions is not clear,indicating that FDI has positive and negative effects on the ecological environment.(3)The impact of FDI on key investment industries,it is concluded that the use of FDI is positively correlated with coal consumption.The increase of FDI will promote coal consumption;coal consumption is positively correlated with soot emissions,and coal consumption will increase.Increase the amount of soot emissions.Fourthly,the analysis of the economic-ecological coupling relationship between FDI and Shanxi Province shows that:(1)Analyze the relationship between FDI and Shanxi's economic-ecological coupling,and conclude that FDI has a significant positive correlation with coupling degree and coupling coordination degree.For each additional unit of Shanxi lnFDI,the economic-ecological coupling degree lnC increased by 0.017 units,and the economic-ecological coupling coordination degree lnD increased by 0.239 units.For each unit of coupling degree lnC increased,lnFDI increases by 26.247 units,and for each unit of coupling coordination degree lnD,lnFDI increases by 1.403 units.(2)From 2007 to 2016,theFDI of various cities in Shanxi was positively correlated with the economic-ecological coupling degree,and the contribution of FDI to the coupling coordination degree was also large.Fifth,in order to better promote the role of FDI in Shanxi's economy-ecology,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: increase the intensity of investment,optimize the use of FDI structure;actively and continuously play the role of FDI in promoting and promoting the economy;The entry threshold and the introduction of foreign capital standards to ensure its quality;seize strategic opportunities and use its own advantages to actively develop.
