| The forging industry has always been one of the basic industries in China’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,the annual output of various forging enterprises in China has gradually increased,and progress has been made.However,in addition to the requirements for production,customers often have an increasing demand for understanding the quality of forged products and the production process.Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,each forging manufacturer has gradually completed the information acquisition of the forging production process.At the same time as a large number of forging production process big data,how to make good use of these forging production process big data,find out the internal relationship between data,and dig out the value of data is the only way for enterprises to develop intelligently.In the article,the big data of forging production process is studied.Firstly,in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the bottleneck faced by the forging industry in the production process is summarized,and the machine learning has been deeply studied.It is concluded that the machine learning algorithm is to solve the forging Analysis of big data in the process.Based on the in-depth study of Profinet network protocol,the network structure of the forging processing area is realized.On the basis of this,the intelligent integrated system in the forging processing area is used to establish the data acquisition system in the forging production process.The material is bound in a single piece through the quality data in each process.On the basis of obtaining the quality information of the material,the clustering algorithm is used to build and verify the model in the forging production process,and the relationship between the different working conditions in the forging production process and the data in the production process is analyzed.And then analyze the stability of the forging line.In addition,the regression algorithm is used to build the forging processing area model,which realizes the prediction of the data in the forging production process,and the effect is better.The data of the forging processing area is an important factor reflecting the current production status,and the prediction of the forging production process data is realized to predict the stability of the production process.Finally,this paper studies the big data platform based on Hadoop and realizes the overall design of the big data platform architecture in the production process. |
