| With the increasing demand for metallic and nonmetallic resources,the construction of tailings pond has begun to develop towards the trend of large quantity and scale.Tailings pond is very easy to cause a variety of hazards,such as dam seepage damage,dam slope instability,flood overtopping,earthquake liquefaction,etc.Because of the tailings pond’s unique geographical location,it has high potential energy hazards,once any link problems will be on the environmental protection,residential property,life safety caused by the threat cannot be ignored.The factors that affect the safety of tailings pond have the characteristics of complexity,uncertainty and invisibilities.The timely monitoring of the safety of tailings pond and the timely warning of problems are also interfered by different factors.Therefore,how to accurately evaluate the safety state of tailings pond and how to take early warning measures is still a hot topic of current research.The research of this paper is based on the actual project,and the research conclusions are as follows:According to the analysis of accident causes of tailings pond and the accumulation of relevant knowledge,this paper identifies the specific indicators that affect the safety of tailings pond from five aspects: natural conditions,tailings pond storage system,tailings pond drainage and return water system,tailings pond pipeline transportation system and management factors,introduces the correlation analysis method to screen the indicators and finally determines eight qualitative indicators,such as geological and topographical conditions,daily rainfall,etc The evaluation index system was established by quantitative indexes.Subjective empowerment is in line with people’s logical thinking,but also has a strong subjective disadvantage.Objective empowerment uses data to speak but ignores the knowledge and experience of decision makers and other subjective preference information.In this paper,anp-ie is used to determine the index weight.This method can effectively make up for the defect of single subjective weight or objective weight,and make the indexweight more accurate.The binary semantic algorithm is used and the index scale is improved.Finally,the safety evaluation model of tailings pond based on binary semantics is established.The binary semantic safety evaluation model is applied to the safety evaluation of Sifang Gold Mine Tailings Pond in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province.The results show that the tailings pond is in a relatively safe state.The early-warning mode of Sifang Gold mine tailings pond is analyzed.According to the defects of single early-warning of Sifang Gold Mine Tailings Pond,the comprehensive early-warning concept is put forward,and each single early-warning index is analyzed by using grey correlation degree The degree of correlation makes it reach the goal of comprehensive early warning.In this paper,Sifang Gold mine tailings pond is taken as an empirical analysis,and the safety evaluation method is used to get the conclusion that Sifang Gold mine tailings pond is in a relatively safe state.The establishment of the model has practical value for the safety analysis of specific projects,and also provides new ideas for safety evaluation and early warning. |
