Design Of A Domestic Sewage Treatment Project In A Town Of Dongliao

The town of Dongliao is located in the southwest of Liaoyuan City.With the rapid development of economy in this area,the amount of sewage discharging is increasing day by day.However,at present,there are no centralized sewage treatment facilities in the town,while domestic sewage is discharged directly without treatment,which would cause river pollution and reduce the quality of urban environment.It is urgent and necessary to improve drainage and sewage treatment facilities as soon as possible in order to improve the development of industrial and agricultural production.The current industrial enterprises in this town are mainly egg products,which are breeding and egg processing enterprises.At present,the sewage produced by enterprises is disposed to standard of B level,which is then discharged directly to Dalishu River.The construction of sewage treatment project in this town can reduce the amount of pollutants discharge to surface water system,as well as can improve the water environment around the town.It not only effectively protects the main surface rivers in the Town,but also prevents groundwater pollution.An integrated technology as the leading technology is applied in the project,which can achieve the process combination with the advantages of miniaturization,multi-function,modularization,simplification of management and high efficiency.The specific process flow is:sewage pretreatment(coarse and fine grids)?regulating pool?integrated treatment(A/O+MBR)?advanced treatment(coagulation precipitation+filtration)?ultraviolet disinfection?effluent.The effluent of this project can reach the standard A level(GB18918-2002)of"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant".The area of the sewage treatment plant is 4028m~2 with a total building area of329.52 m~2.The project is a newly built project,and the scale of the sewage treatment plant project is 500 m~3/d.The total length of a sewage collection pipeline in the sewage collection system is about 5821.31m.The total investment of the project is RMB 312.165 million.
