| With the rapid development of China’s shipping industry,the water traffic flow has increased rapidly.The types,quantity and sharing scope of maritime data are also increasing.Traditional supervision methods have been difficult to meet the rapid development of water transportation.With the frequent occurrence of marine accidents,people began to study how to use scientific and effective means to obtain data information.In order to establish a ship navigation safety assessment mechanism,fundamentally guarantee the ship’s navigation safety,reduce the occurrence of marine traffic accidents and protect the marine environment.In view of the fact that the existing VTS system fails to achieve intelligent information processing,it mainly relies on manual supervision to realize the status of ship navigation safety assessment.This article first analyzes the types,sources and.contents of VTS system data.It is pointed out that the VTS system can be used to intelligently evaluate the navigation safety of ships based on maritime data,and the maritime data is preprocessed.Then by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used security evaluation algorithms,combined with the characteristics of the VTS system data.It is proposed to use big data processing technology to realize intelligent ship navigation safety assessment.Specifically,Support Vector Machines for Regression(SVR)in data mining technology is selected as the ship navigation safety assessment algorithm.Finally,a ship navigation safety assessment model based on big data was constructed,and compared with the extreme learning machine(ELM)algorithm commonly used by simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the ship navigation safety assessment model based on big data can fully consider the influencing factors of ship navigation safety.And under the same sample data condition,the evaluation accuracy and stability are better than the evaluation model based on ELM.Through the application of data preprocessing and data mining technology,this method can achieve the function of automatic analysis and reasoning of maritime data information to achieve safety assessment.This provides forward-looking guidance for the scientific deployment of maritime supervision resources,improves the level of intelligence of the VTS system,and relieve the work pressure of supervisors.It can be seen that this method can be used in existing VTS systems. |
