In this paper,the relationship between thermal conductivity and temperature of synthetic heat transfer oil,and the influence of Ti O2nanoparticles with different particle size and mass fraction on the thermal conductivity of synthetic heat transfer oil are studied.Taking LQ and SKX synthetic heat transfer oil as samples,the thermal conductivity of synthetic heat transfer oil between 50?300?was measured by a high temperature thermal conductivity meter with the highest measuring temperature of 350?.According to the experimental results,the corresponding theoretical analysis is carried outThe results show that the thermal conductivity of synthetic heat transfer oil and nano oil both decreases with the increase of temperature,and the change law satisfies the linear equation with a slope of-0.0002.The average calculation error of the linear relationship is less than 6%,and the calculation accuracy is high,which can better predict the thermal conductivity of the synthetic heat transfer oil and nano oil.Ti O2 nano particles can enhance the thermal conductivity of the synthetic heat transfer oil,and the increase range of the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of the mass fraction and particle size of the nano particles,and changes with the change of temperature,reaching the maximum value at 70?.
