With the rapid development of China's economy,maritime trade is becoming more and more frequent,and the number of ships in the surrounding waters of China is increasing gradually.With the continuous enhancement of land-based pollutant emission reduction,air pollutant emissions from ships have attracted increasingly attention nationwide.The Bohai Rim region is one of the seven trans-provincial economic regions that are being built in China,the major shipping development area and the key area of air pollutant control in China.With China's increasing efforts to control air pollutants from ships,air pollutant emissions from ships have changed significantly.In order to provide technical support for air pollutant control and promote high-quality economic development in this area,it is urgent to carry out research on characteristics of air pollutant emissions from ships in the Bohai Rim region.In order to better adapt to the analysis of air pollutant with high spatial and temporal resolution and the development trend of precise air pollutant control,the AIS-based dynamic method is used to analyze the characteristics of air pollutant emissions from ships in the Bohai Rim region,the impacts of ship emissions on air quality are simulated through the air quality simulation system which is built,and the development status of air pollutant reduction measures for ships is analyzed.Based on the AIS dynamic method,air pollutant emissions from ships in the Bohai Rim region in 2017 are calculated.The emissions of SOx,NOx,PM10,HC and CO from ships are 261823 t,411241 t,34765 t,11342 t and 26639 t,respectively.When analyzing the sharing rate of air pollutant emissions from ships under different working conditions,the working conditions are divided into low-speed cruise,cruise,mooring,harbor maneuver and anchoring.In terms of the share rate of air pollutant emissions from ships under different engines,the sharing rate of main engine to ship emissions is 44%?64%,the sharing rate of auxiliary engine to ship emissions is 29%?39%,and the sharing rate of boiler to ship emissions is 3%?21%.In terms of spatial distribution,air pollutant emissions from ships are mainly concentrated near the channels with large ship flow and ports.In addition,under the research scope of the Bohai Rim region,taking Qingdao as the representative,characteristics of ship emissions are analyzed from city scale.On the basis of clarifying characteristics of ship emissions in the Bohai Rim region,through the establishment of an air quality simulation system,the scenario analysis method is used to study the impact of ship emissions on air quality in the Bohai Rim region.In the baseline scenario,the emission inventory include's the land emission inventory and the ship emission inventory;in the reduction scenario,the emission inventory only includes the land emission inventory,and does not include the ship emission inventory.By selecting typical simulation period and comparing simulation results of two scenarios,the scope and extent of the impact of ship emissions on air quality are analyzed with the contribution concentration and contribution rate as indicators.Finally,main air pollutant reduction measures for ships are introduced.Taking the Bohai Rim region as the representative,the effects of using shore power by berthing and low-sulfur oil on reducing air pollutant emissions from ships are quantitatively analyzed.Regarding the problems in the implementation of main control measures,suggestions are given.
