| Inflammation is a necessary response provided by the immune system to ensure survival during infection and tissue damage.The inflammatory response is essential for maintaining normal tissue homeostasis.Inflammation of the nasopharynx area includes redness,swelling,hard fever,and increased inflammatory secretions.Symptoms include pain,itching,and discomfort(cough,etc.).Hyaluronic acid is widely distributed in the extracellular matrix of human and animal connective tissues.Human skin and mucosa broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory hyaluronic acid fragment B-HA is a low molecular hyaluronic acid fragment cleaved by the biological enzyme of hyaluro nic acid,which can be used safely.Tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis,as traditional plant extracts with anti-inflammatory effects,make our recognized anti-inflammatory and sterilizing Chinese medicine,but the anti-inflammatory mechanism is not yet completely clear.In this experiment,bioactive hyaluronic acid fragments with anti-inflammatory activity and Chinese medicine extract tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis were integrated into traditional cough syrup and throat spray to make high-efficiency syrups and sprays with active ingredients of Chinese medicine.The effect and synergistic mechanism of anti-inflammatory biologically active hyaluronic acid fragments combined with anti-inflammatory plant extracts were further studied at the level of human inflammatory cells.In this experiment,the biologically active hyaluronic acid fragments combined with anti-inflammatory plant extracts were further studied for cells Pharmacology experiment and anti-inflammatory scavenging free radical experiment.At the same time,clinical trials were conducted in comparison with Jinshouzi laryngeal tablets,and the traditional rhinitis spray and cough syrup were improved to effectively treat patients with rhinitis and pharyngitis.The main findings are as follows:(1)Production of a hyaluronic acid oropharyngeal syrup and a compound rhinitis sprayIn this experiment,by integrating bioactive hyaluronic acid and Chinese herbal extract tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis into oropharyngeal syrup and rhinitis spray,co mprehensive research and production of a hyaluronic acid oropharyngeal syrup and a compound rhinitis spray can effectively treat Pharyngitis and rhinitis can alleviate the discomfort of patients through the promotion of drugs.The low-dose bioactive hyaluronic acid and Chinese herbal extracts tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis can accelerate the removal of inflammatory reactions and reduce symptoms such as nasal congestion and sore throat discomfort for patients.It can effectively treat pharyngitis and rhinitis caused by air pollution and aging,and has great clinical significance.(2)Determine the highest lethal concentration of Chinese herbal extracts tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensisIn this experiment,through the cytology experiment method,using experimental microscope observation and other techniques,observe the effects of different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicine tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis on the growth of cells,and determine the optimal concentration of traditional Chinese medicine extract tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis on cells is 0.01 mg / ml,which is of great significance for the subsequent drug concentration specifications in hyaluronic acid oropharyngeal syrup and compound rhinitis spray(3)Biologically active hyaluronic acid and Chinese herbal extracts tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis can effectively reduce the secretion of TNF-α in human leukocytes.The biologically active hyaluronic acid and Chinese herbal medicine extract tea polyphenols and yellow were co-cultured with human freshly extracted leukocytes to determine the difference in the secretion of TNF-α by leukocytes under different conditions.At the cellular level,it inhibits the secretion of TNF-α,but the conclusion that biologically active hyaluronic acid and Chinese herbal extracts tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis can effectively reduce the secretion of TNF-α in human leukocytes.(4)Tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis extracts can effectively remove hydroxyl radicals,DPPH radicals,superoxide anionsIn this experiment,the tea polyphenols and Coptis chinensis extracts of Chinese traditional medicine were subjected to hydroxyl radical,DPPH radical and superoxide anion scavenging experiments.Compared with vitamin C,the removal rate of tea polyphenols to hydroxyl radical was 78%.The free radical scavenging rate is 140%,and superoxide anions can hardly be removed.Coptis chinensis can’t scavenge hydroxyl radicals,the scavenging rate for DPPH radicals is 15%,and the scavenging rate for superoxide anions is 32%. |
