With the rapid development of ship technology,ships are developing towards automation and unmanned,and at the same time,there are more and more risk factors for ship fires.The engine room is the source of the ship’s power and is a very important part of the entire ship.Because of its wide variety of equipment,pipelines are mixed,the space is closed and narrow,the temperature is high,and the number of combustible and flammable items is large.Therefore,the probability of a fire accident is high.In the event of a cabin fire accident,serious casualties,property losses and environmental pollution will occur.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out safety evaluation and numerical simulation of engine room fire.This topic is mainly divided into three parts:the first part is through the statistics,induction and summary of the causes of fire accidents at home and abroad.Then according to the recent situation of fire risk assessment of ships and by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various risk assessment methods,the paper finally determines the assessment factors of fire risk in the engine room of ships by using the causal analysis method,i.e.drawing fish bone diagram,so as to establish the comprehensive assessment system model of fire risk in the engine room of ships;and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to’ determine the index weight of each assessment factor Ten fire safety experts are invited to determine the importance of the evaluation factors respectively,and then the average value of each element of the judgment matrix is calculated according to the expert judgment matrix data,and the ranking weight is calculated after the average value judgment matrix is obtained;Five fire safety evaluation grades and corresponding scores are set,and then 40 experts in ship safety are surveyed by questionnaire The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the safety grade of engine room fire,so as to calculate the safety grade score and determine the fire safety grade of the engine room.In the second part,the fire numerical simulation is mainly carried out.Taking the oil separator room of an Atlantic container ship as an example,firstly,the physical model is built and the parameters are set by using the pyrosim software,and then the numerical simulation of the fire is carried out.Finally,the corresponding state analysis diagram of each stage of the fire is made through the parameters set before,and the whole fire process of the oil separator room is carried out Make reasoning analysis.The third part mainly realizes the visualization of 3D scene,flame particle and smoke particle and simulation data in unity 3d.3DMAX is used to build the scene model based on the oil separator,and the high-precision model after model rendering and processing is imported into unity3d.Under the engine,certain interaction is realized and the fire and smoke example effects are made to achieve the real dynamic effect of the fire,and the dynamic real-time display of the fire data obtained from numerical simulation is realized.
