The anti-counterfeiting technology in product printing and packaging can not only protect commodity and protect the interests of enterprises and consumers,but also promote and highlight the intrinsic value of commodities through specific anti-counterfeiting effects,and further guide and promote consumption,so more and more enterprises start pay attention to the anti-counterfeiting characteristics of product packaging.The anti-counterfeiting performance of traditional printing and packaging products is realized through rainbow holographic anti-counterfeiting technology,photochromic technology,magnetic ink,etc.This kind of product anti-counterfeiting forms formed by special printing packaging materials and printing processes undoubtedly increase the production cost of product printing and packaging.In contrast,the anti-counterfeiting technology based on halftone printed images has attracted the attention of the industry because it does not increase any printing costs and does not need to change the existing printing process.The halftone image anti-counterfeiting technology is a combination of grating technology and image screening technology.The anti-counterfeiting information is hidden by modulating the dots in the hidden information part of the halftone image,and realize the display of hidden information under the effect of tools such as physical gratings.In this paper,based on the halftone image anti-counterfeiting technology,starting from the basic principle of dot information hiding,an information hiding algorithm based on dot phase modulation is implemented,and combined with the matching parameters of the display grating,established a two-dimensional image of the two kinds of display mode(Yang figure,Yin figure),improving the system of two-dimensional hidden information display.At the same time,the impact of the parameters such as hidden information displacement,screen angle,embedded information size,the area ratio on the hiding and display of information is analyzed by the combination of subjective evaluation(the human eye observation)and objective evaluation(structural similarity),the influence of halftone image anti-counterfeiting parameters was optimized.The results show that when using the new displacement method for hidden information,75° is used as the screen angle of the hidden image,the embedding size is between 2/5?3/5 of the background image size,and the dot area rate is 20%?60%of the hidden Information,it can achieve an ideal image anti-counterfeiting effect.On this basis,with the aim of achieving the three-dimensional display effect of hidden information,the principle of three-dimensional display of hidden information was explored,and a three-dimensional display model of the image was constructed.The difference in the embedded distance and the embedded order of the hidden information in the color version were analyzed.The effect of three-dimensional rendering.The results show that when the difference in the embedded distance of the hidden information in the color version is 20%of the reference width of the hidden information,and the embedding order of the information in the black version is in the second place,the three-dimensional reproduction effect of the hidden information is optimal.At the same time,in order to realize the application of the two-dimensional/three-dimensional display effect of the halftone image in the actual printed matter,this paper carried out the actual printing proofing of the halftone hidden image in the above model,and analyzed the anti-counterfeiting performance of the printed image.The image anti-counterfeiting effect is very similar to the results presented by the model,confirming the correctness of the above optimized two-dimensional image display parameters and verifying the feasibility of the three-dimensional display model in the actual printed product anti-counterfeiting.Considering the potential application of the intelligent display of the halftone image anti-counterfeiting technology,this paper conducts a preliminary study on the method of intelligently displaying the halftone hidden information on the mobile phone,and constructs a mathematical display model of hidden information.At the same time,based on the Android Studio platform,by matching the mathematical relationship between the screen parameters of the mobile phone and the original hidden image screening parameters,a display system based on the mobile phone terminal's halftone image hiding information was initially constructed to realize the reproduction of the two-dimensional hidden image on the mobile phone terminal.Based on the anti-counterfeiting mechanism of halftone images,this paper realizes the reproduction of two-dimensional and three-dimensional images,optimizes the display parameters of two-dimensional images,establishes a three-dimensional image display model,and provides effective data support for the application of halftone images in the anti-counterfeiting printing industry.
