| Affected by the policy of "replacing coal with gas",natural gas consumption in northern China has increased sharply,especially in smog-hit areas.By the end of 2018,China will have 19 LNG receiving stations in operation,ensuring the supply of green,clean and low-carbon natural gas.LNG tank containers(referred to as "tank containers")have the characteristics of quick market entry and flexible turnover.On the basis of some enterprises’ attempt of transnational transportation in 2017,LNG tank containers(" tank containers "for short)quickly became a hot spot in the industry in 2018 and received great attention from the National Energy Administration,the Ministry of Transport and coastal provinces and local governments.The application of LNG tank has opened a new mode of LNG transportation in China,Which has a broad prospect in solving the problem of LNG transportation from receiving stations to downstream consumption places.Stand in the Angle of the LNG supplier,this paper studies with the box as the carrier of the tank by multimodal transport meet the demand of inland city gas peak shaving of tin box scheduling optimization problem,and consider LNG loaded after tin box,the condition maintenance time may be affected by many factors and nonlinear changes,and the characteristics of city gas demand day inhomogeneity effects on scheduling optimization.Comprehensive consideration in multimodal transport network tin box rental cost,cost of the discharge port,yard use cost and so on,and consider the port yard(for dangerous goods)time limit constraints,such as building suppliers profit maximization and regional dual goal of minimizing the total lack of gas rate of LNG tank box scheduling optimization optimization model,and implement supplier supply efficiency and gas supply order coordination scheduling,meet the demand of natural gas seasonal peak shaving.The innovative results of the research are as follows:(1)Distinguish consumption categories according to different demand laws and calculate the demand,obtain the total gas shortage rate based on the supply quantity in the planning period,and coordinate and optimize with another objective function of supplier benefit maximization to obtain the optimization scheme of natural gas peak regulation.(2)Considering different time window requirements of different consumer categories,and giving discount strategy of sales price,to achieve efficient turnover of a certain number of cans and boxes within the planning period and off-peak scheduling of different consumer categories. |
