In recent years,people’s continuous pursuits of viscose fiber products have leaded to the increasing demand for viscose fiber in China.However,the production of viscose viber in China has been greatly limited,this was mainly due to the production of dissolving pulp for viscose fiber is facing with many problems.At present,the main problems faced by the dissolving pulp industry include the shortage of raw materials and serious pollution and poor qualities of non-cotton and non-wood dissolving pulp.In this paper,the main research direction is making the corn straw as raw material of pulping,we have elaborated in some fields of the feasibility of pulping from Husk of Corn Stalk,exploration of the best pretreatment method and optimum pulping conditions,the relationship between the quality of dissolving pulp and the quality of viscose fiber,anaerobic pulping process,simulation of displacement cooking equipment.The research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the verification of the feasibility of pulping from corn straw has been done.It was found from the experimental results that the contents of alpha-cellulose,hemicellulose and Lignin in the Husk of Corn Stalk were 39.13%,21.62% and 7.21%,respectively.The weight ratio of the lower Husk of Corn Stalk was 72.89%,the content of alpha-cellulose and hemicellulose and viscosity and degree of polymerization of pulp were 93.3%,4.6%,28mpa·s,870,the solubility of pulp was better,the wet breaking strength and dry breaking strength and dry breaking elongation of viscose fiber were 2.31cn/dtex,3.47cn/dtex,11.84%,these results showed that the lower Husk of Corn Stalk was the most suitable part for pulping and feasibility of making soluble pulp from corn stalk was proved.(2)In this paper,the suitable pretreatment methods for pulping by Husk of Corn Stalk were studied.By changing the pretreatment conditions for pulping,it were found that hot water pretreatment was the best pretreatment method for pulping from Husk of Corn Stalk,the higher temperature of hot water pretreatment the better pulp quality was,the optimum temperature of hot water pretreatment was 170℃,the yield and whiteness and content of alpha-cellulose and hemicellulose and degree of polymerization of pulp were 23.78%,43.4,96.3%,2.7%,772.(3)In this paper,the optimum cooking conditions and the effects of quality of dissolving pulp on the Mechanical Properties of viscose fiber were researched.By changing the cookingconditions for pulping,it were found that the optimum cooking conditions were 120 min and22% NaOH and 170 °C,the content of alpha-cellulose,hemicellulose and degree of polymerization of pulp were 96.3%,2.7%,772,the higher the content of alpha-cellulose and the lower the content of hemicellulose,the better the Mechanical Properties of viscose fiber.(4)In this paper,the advantages of anaerobic cooking pulp were studied.By measuring pulp and black liquor from anaerobic and aerobic cooking,we found the content of alpha-cellulose and hemicellulose of anaerobic pulp were 1.6% and 40.1% lower than aerobic pulp,but the whiteness and the yield were 14.7% and 24.8% higher,the chromaticity of black liquor form anaerobic cooking was 22.3% lower than that of aerobic cooking.(5)In this paper,the shap of internal net suitable for making corn straw pulp by anaerobic displacement cooking pulp was studied.By desigining net shape and simulating by ANSYS software and analysising displacement effect of cooking liquor,we found that the most suitable net for anaerobic displacement pulping was cylindrical internal net with baffles. |
