In the field of supramolecular chemistry,chemists use supramolecular self-assembly to prepare supramolecular hydrogen bonding salts.Supramolecular self-assembly refers to the way of forming macromolecules with different physical properties and chemical properties by utilizing non-covalent interactions between molecules,through self-assembly between molecules,due to their special physical and chemical properties.The majority of crystallographers,solid state chemists,and inorganic chemists have paid close attention.In this paper,the hydrogen bond salts of five ligands and different metals were prepared by supramolecular self-assembly in different solvent environments to study the effects of different ligands on the crystal structure.Monodentate ligand L1(10H-phenothiazine-10-ethylamine:promethazine),L2(10-(2-dimethylamino-isopropyl)phenothiazine-5,5-dioxide:dioxazine)was prepared by solution method.,and four hydrogen bond salt crystals of MCl22[HL1]+·[CoCl4]2-(1),2[HL1]-·[ZnCl4]2-(2),2[HL2]+-[CoCl4]2-(3),2[HL2]+·[ZnCl4]2-(4);Preparation of bidentate ligand L3((1R,2R)-N1,N2 dimethylcyclohexanediamine)and hydrogen bond salt of ZnC12[H2L3]2+·[ZnC14]2-(5);Preparation of bidentate ligand L4(N1,N1,N2,N2,hydrogen bond salt of N1,N2-tetrabenzyl-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine)with FeC13[HL4]+·[FeCl4]-(6);preparation of bidentate ligand L2 Hydrogen bond salt of[N1,N2 dibenzyl-1,2-diphenyl ethane-1,2-diamine)with CoCl22[H2L5]2+·2[CoCl4]2-·2C2H5OH(7).The above metal hydrogen bond salts were characterized using infrared,thermogravimetry,X-ray powder diffractometer and single crystal X-ray powder diffractometer.By comparing some of the data for these metal hydrogen bond salts,the difference in hydrogen bond salts formed by these different ligands can beobtained.In all crystals,the N-H…Cl bond is the dominant hydrogen bond and is the most important force for maintaining the stability of the entire crystal.At the same time,the number and effect of N-H…Cl can be further confirmed by calculation analysis of the surface of Hirshfeld.The proportion of the N-H…Cl interaction will directly affect the stability of the crystal to heat,which in turn affects the decomposition temperature of the crystal:the more the number of N-H…Cl bonds,the stronger the stability of the crystal to heat,the crystal The higher the decomposition temperature,and vice versa;the higher the proportion of D…H interaction in the Hirshfeld surface,the stronger the stability of the crystal to heat,the higher the decomposition temperature of the crystal,and vice versa.
