Alkyl glycosides?APG?is produced by the condensation of glucose or starch hydrolyzed sugars with alcohols under acidic catalyst conditions.There are many advantages of APG such as low surface tension,strong compatibility,rich and delicate foam,strong acid and alkali resistance,and strong salt resistance.At the same time,it has good biodegradability,non-toxic and non-irritating and other environmental advantages.Aiming at the problems of liquid acid corrosion equipment and impure products in industrial production,solid acid was used to catalyze the synthesis of alkyl glycosides in this article.Based on APG,a green and environmentally friendly low interfacial tension foam oil displacing agent was formulated,and its foam properties,interfacial properties,emulsifying properties,and displacement properties were systematically evaluated.The results show that the compound system shows excellent performance in the above aspects.This paper has a positive role in the green synthesis of alkyl glycosides and the research of green and environmentally friendly oil displacing agents.It has not only technical value,but also environmental protection value and social benefits.?1?Using glucose and mixed alcohols as raw materials,alumina-supported p-toluenesulfonic acid as a solid acid catalyst,and direct aglycolation method,aiming at high product yield and light product color,the synthesis conditions of C12-142-14 alkyl glycosides was investigated by single-factor experimental method.The results show that the most suitable synthesis conditions are as follows:reaction temperature is 115°C-120°C,catalyst to glucose mass ratio is 0.015,mixed alcohol to glucose molar ratio is 5:1,glucose is added in batches,and the catalyst is preferably used 2-3 times.Under these conditions,the product yield is 96%,and the product is light in color.?2?Using corn starch,ethylene glycol,mixed alcohol as raw materials,alumina-supported p-toluenesulfonic acid as a solid acid catalyst,and the transglycoside method,aiming at high product yield and light product color,The effects of catalyst amount,reaction temperature,ethylene glycol amount,mixed alcohol amount and reaction time on the synthesis were investigated through single-factor experimental method.The results show that the more suitable synthesis conditions are as follows:reaction temperature is120°C,catalyst concentration to starch mass ratio is 0.015,m?corn starch?:m?ethylene glycol?:m?mixed alcohol?=1:4:2:2,transglycoside time is 2h,and the catalyst is preferably used twice.Under these conditions,the product has the advantages of good yield,light color and short reaction time.?3?The surface properties,interfacial properties,foam properties and emulsification performance of APG were studied.It was compounded with a variety of surfactants commonly used in oil fields to obtain a compounded system with excellent foam properties,low interfacial tension,and low emulsion stability.The compounding system ratio,inorganic salt ions concentration,and temperature,and other impact conditions on performance were investigated.The results show that when m?APG?:m?K12?:m?OAB?is 5:1:4,the APG/K12/OAB compound system has a bubble volume of more than 500mL and a half-life of more than 4h,having good foam properties,resistance to mineralization and temperature;The compound system can reduce oil-water interfacial tension very well.The oil-water interfacial tension can reach 10-2mN/m,and gradually decreases with the increase of mineralization.?4?An indoor sand-filled pipe flooding experiment was carried out using a core flow evaluation test device,and the displacement performance of the alkyl glycoside compounding system was investigated.The results show that when the mass concentration is 0.1%,the total recovery of crude oil by foam flooding and subsequent water flooding is increased by about20%.With the increase of the concentration of the alkyl glycoside compounding system,the pressure in the foam flooding stage increases significantly,and crude oil recovery is further improved.When the mass concentration is 0.3%,the total oil recovery of foam flooding and subsequent water flooding is increased by about 25%.The compounding system has good plugging ability and oil washing ability.
