| The winch ultra-long stroke pumping system adopts the working mode of ultra-long stroke and ultra-low stroke.Compared with the traditional beam pumping system,it can increase the output and reduce the energy consumption in the application of low-yielding oil Wells,and the system efficiency is obviously improved.In this paper,the working characteristics of a new type of super-long stroke oil pumping system are introduced.The performance of the flexible steel wire rope smooth rod and steel sucker rod supporting the system are theoretically studied.A two-dimensional Fluent simulation model is established to conduct numerical simulation research on the oil pump.Conclusions are as follows: the polished rod of flexible steel wire rope safety coefficient is lower than the industry standard of form A complete set,fatigue strength does not meet the requirements,recommend replacing models for 32 A 18 * 19 w-FC SZ 562 399-1770 GB/T 8918-2006 wire rope,the series of other type pumping unit when selecting wire rope polished rod suggest choose good tile Lin Tun structure flexibility,need to pay special attention to the lubrication situation of wire rope;The steel sucker rod part has little difference from the sucker rod used in the beam traveling machine system under the same well condition and can be used mutually.The operating characteristics of the system are very helpful to improve the pump efficiency,greatly reduce the use of auxiliary tools,reduce the downhole invalid load;When the viscosity of crude oil is low and the pump depth is large,the leakage of the pump will be larger than that of a short stroke conventional pump.The use of 1500 mm or longer plunger can reduce the leakage of the pump without reducing the pump displacement. |
