With the development of Petroleum Technology towards a higher degree of intelligence and automation,the power supply technology innovation of water injection well measurement and control system are a very important step.Nowadays,the number of water injection wells is increasing,the distribution is more extensive,the difficulty is greater and the instruments are more and more precise.Therefore,the challenge of underground measurement and control technology lies in the long-term and stable power supply system.A good power supply system can effectively guarantee the long-term and stable development and operation of the oil field,and realize the continuous development of increasing production and income.This paper aims at a complete set of closed-loop real-time power supply system designed for water injection wells in the Oilfield.After the comparative analysis of three kinds of schemes,the underground power supply system with offset combined turbine generator as the core is selected and designed.The bridge rectifier circuit,the protection circuit,the energy storage and balance management circuit,the refrigeration board of the battery module and the combination of liquid cooling and heat dissipation management closed system are designed.The system pursues stable output voltage and power,efficient charging rate,high-power discharge,large capacity energy storage and long-term effective preservation.During the period of the paper,the achievements are as follows: the turbine,guide wheel and generator are designed and processed,and the whole machine is assembled to achieve the expected goal of output DC voltage of 24 V and output power of 10 W.An equalization charge management and thermal management system with 7 batteries in series and parallel is designed and tested in different temperature environment.In the matching test of the prototype and the pulse generator in the oil field,the data shows that the power supply of the equipment can last for more than 68 hours after one-time charging.
