Water plugging profile control technology is an important means of improving oilfield heterogeneity and water injection development efficiency in oilfields.It has the advantages of convenient construction,small scale,fast effect and wide application range.At present,the design of water plugging profile control plan is mainly divided into four steps:well selection and layer selection,plugging agent formulation system selection,process parameter determination and construction plan compilation.The main water blocking profile control decision-making methods are PI(pressure index)decision-making technology,RE(reservoir engineering)decision-making technology and RS decision-making technology.The above methods are determined from a single perspective in plugging solutions for compromise between the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the result remains to be studied.This article will integrate all successful cases and use big data analysis to comprehensively construct the influencing factors system of water plugging profile control plan,and study a matching model that can screen water plugging profile control plan from the successful schemes in the oil field.Firstly,according to national industry standards and evaluation indexes such as oil wells,water wells,reservoirs,and economics,and then using fuzzy matter-element comprehensive analysis method to select wells with obvious effects of water blocking and profile control as sample database.Then analyze the influencing factors of water plugging and profile control,including influencing factors of well selection and layer selection,influencing factors of plugging agent formulation system selection,and influencing factors of determining injection parameters.Then create matching model in plugging solutions of the gray system theory Correlation Analysis.In this paper,the wells in a block that have been validated are selected,and the wells with no measures are taken to confirm and verify the water plugging profile control plan.The results of the matched plan are consistent with the original plan results of the well.It shows that this method not only comprehensively considers the influence of reservoir,fluid,sensitivity,wellhead and development status,but also saves time and cost,and improves the accuracy of the results.Through the determination of the plan under this big data,you can select wells and layers more quickly.The most suitable plugging agent formulation system is selected and the optimal profile control agent dosage plan is designed to determine a complete set of plan reports for on-site implementation.
