The impeller is used in many fields widely such as refining and chemical industry,shipbuilding and aerospace.Impeller blades are thin-walled parts with complex surfaces.Its shape is complex,processing is difficult.Therefore,it is easy to produce elastic deformation in the process of blade processing.It affects the machining quality of the blades and the working performance of the impeller.This paper studies the deformation of the blade under the action of milling force mainly.Simulation of blade deformation using finite element analysis software,study on the influence of milling force on blade deformation,summarize the law of deformation,realization of prediction and control of blade deformation in NC flank milling process,improve the processing quality of blade.Affecting the magnitude and accuracy of milling forces,determine the milling amount,tool type,tool parameters and machining allowance according to the metal milling principle,establish a mathematical model of the milling force of the cylindrical milling cutter.Calculating the magnitude of the milling force.Providing data support for the subsequent finite element analysis applied load module.Study the modeling method of the blade surface,Complete the establishment of the blade geometry model by UG.On this basis,Use ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to build a static analysis model,obtain stress,strain distribution and blade deformation.Establish the blade deformation function,and the single-objective and multi-objective milling parameter optimization functions.Find the optimal milling parameters by genetic algorithm.Dynamic analysis of the blade.The natural frequency of the blade and the first six-order mode shape are obtained by modal analysis,analysis blade deformation in various modes.Establish blade transient dynamics analysis,predict the deformation of the blade,summarize the deformation law and the position where the maximum deformation occurs is predicted.In summary,in order to control blade deformation,improve blade milling precision and machine quality,laid a solid foundation of the overall impeller with processing and optimization.It has certain reference significance for the development of CNC flank milling technology for complex curved parts.
