The reliability and safety of the ammunition depends on the fuze,and the reliability and safety of the fuze depends on whether the internal fire and detonation sequence are reliable,so it can be seen that the importance of fire and detonation sequence in the whole system.In this paper,the current fire transmission and detonation sequence of a projectile are optimized in terms of technology.There are hidden dangers in the reliability of the fire transmission sequence,and the fuze has not been unsolved in the process of many acceptance tests.With the development of modern weapons and ammunition,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade a projectile warhead in this paper.Aiming at the above problems,the structural optimization design of fire transmission sequence and explosion transmission sequence is carried out,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Design and improve the composition and ratio of water-resistant drugs as well as the charging structure of the insurance drug pipe components,so as to improve the ignition ability of water-resistant drugs to micro-tobacco drugs.(2)Changing the particle size of gunpowder and increasing the surface area at the junction of two different powders can effectively improve the transfer of combustion heat between the two powders;The suitable density of charge can ensure the stability of its structure under the action of external force.Thus,the reliability of the solution is improved and the occurrence of blind fire is avoided.(3)On the premise of not changing the overall structure of the projectile,the detonation ability of the detonating charge column against the primary charge column can be improved by means of shaped charge charging and embedding reflection cylinder between the primary charge column and the detonating charge.
