This article comes from a banknote printing plant actual project,the plant three-dimensional warehouse centralized storage of original mint paper,semi-finished products and finished products,is an important place to ensure normal production and operation,the current existence of the plant three-dimensional warehouse airflow organization is unevenly distributed,resulting in the storage of raw materials,semi-finished products,finished products damage and so on,because of its internal shelves are closely arranged,longitudinal height,belongs to the internal obstruction more large space building,airflow organization design is key to maintain a constant temperature and humidity environment to meet the needs of goods storage,with the progress of technology and the development of computer science,the use of CFD software technology simulation simulation for actual engineering projects has become a reality.This paper uses CFD's Airpak software based on its constant temperature and humidity stereoscopic warehouse airflow organization for numerical simulation,field measurement of airflow organization temperature and humidity,wind speed and other parameters,the comparison of simulation results to determine the reliability of the model,then designed three different forms of airflow organization,compared with the original program actual temperature,relative humidity and other parameters and indicators,and concluded that:stereoscopic warehouse using a composite type of the side of the top of the top of the side back of the air supply mode is more ideal,on the basis of further analysis of the improved program,the more suitable air supply speed,air supply temperature difference and other parameters,and analyzed the air conditioning system to maintain smooth operation in the case of external disturbances,and finally,the air treatment process energy consumption analysis of the warehouse air conditioning system,using a full heat new air exchanger,after theoretical calculations,it is concluded that the original program can save 17.39%cooling capacity.Numerical simulation using Airpak software to optimize the ventilation method of the warehouse is more in line with the actual engineering requirements.Through the study of this paper,the design and energy saving of the high space airflow organization of similar internal obstructions in the three-dimensional warehouse will be of some help and reference value.
