Study On Laser Welding Process Of 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe

With the gradual development of harsh oil and gas fields,ordinary carbon steel continuous pipe has been unable to meet the use demand of acid oil and gas fields.Oil fields urgently need high alloy continuous pipe which can replace ordinary continuous pipe.The high alloy continuous pipe not only ensures high strength,but also effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the continuous pipe,reduces the risk of operation in acid environment and significantly improves the service life.At present,corrosion-resistant pipe and oil well pipe products have been reported at home and abroad.Due to the particularity of continuous pipe operation,the development of continuous pipe suitable for acid environment is more difficult technically.In this experiment,the influence of laser power,welding speed and defocusing amount on the weld formation of duplex stainless steel was analyzed.The results show that when the laser power is 4kw,the welding speed is 2.4m/min and defocusing amount is0 mm,the weld formation is better and the laser welded pipe test is carried out.Laser welding of duplex stainless steel will make the proportion of two phases of the weld extremely unbalanced.It is found that the structure of the two phases is uniform,the ratio of ferrite to austenite is 58%: 42%,the hardness is relatively balanced,and the impact performance is the best when the solid solution temperature is 1050 ? for 5min.Finally,laser welding and bright solution treatment are carried out to make the tube.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the tube are tested systematically,and a reasonable production process is developed.The development of high alloy continuous pipe will break through the key technology of acid resistant continuous pipe manufacturing,develop high alloy continuous pipe products,meet the demand of oilfield users for exploiting oil and gas resources in sour environment,enrich the product series of domestic continuous pipe,meet the increasingly complex operation demand of oilfield,expand the application field of continuous pipe,reduce the operation cost,and ensure the national energy security It will be of great significance.
