In the 21 st century,China’s economy, industry, and other industries have developed rapidly. While the overall national strength has been continuously improved, many problems have also been exposed, such as environmental issues.Environmental issues are a problem that the government and the people have paid particular attention to in recent years. The heavy metal ion pollution caused by the development of heavy industry has a serious impact on the lives and environment of people in some areas. It should deal with heavy metal ion pollution, mainly dealing with heavy metal ions. The treatment methods include traditional physicochemical methods such as chemical precipitation, ion exchange, electrocoagulation, and membrane separation,as well as for bioremediation methods such as plant absorption and microbial adsorption. The principle of the adsorption method used in this study is to prepare magnesium phosphate cement-based adsorption material, and the adsorbent is mixed with heavy metal lead ion waste liquid and oscillated to simulate heavy metal ion treatment process so that heavy metal lead ions in lead ion wastewater are adsorbed therein. On the other hand, its table to achieve the goal of dealing with heavy metal pollution.Compared with other methods, the adsorption method has the advantages of simple operation, economic saving;less controlled conditions, and less secondary pollution, and has been widely studied and applied. This study mainly studies the structural properties of magnesium phosphate cement-based adsorbent materials and the adsorption characteristics of heavy metal lead ions. The following experiments were carried out: magnesium phosphate porous adsorbents with different ratios of M/P(recombined magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate,i.e.,M/P)were prepared, and 100 ml lead ion waste liquid with the different concentrations of 100 mg/L,150mg/L,200mg/L,250mg/L,300mg/L was added. The adsorption time is 1 day.The experimental results show that the adsorption amount and adsorption rate of porous magnesium phosphate adsorbent on the heavy metal copper waste liquid show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of M/P.The peak value appears when M/P=1,M/P=3.The maximum adsorption amount was different from different concentrations, the maximum adsorption rate was also different from various concentrations, and we achieved the best possible results. The fitting curve of the porous magnesium phosphate adsorbent aligned with the second-order kinetic equation is nearly straight, indicating that the similarity is higher. From the kinetic fitting parameters, the fitting degree of the porous magnesium phosphate adsorbent to the firstorder kinetic equation is R2=0.7365,and the fitting degree of the second-order kinetic equation is R2=0.9981,so the chemical adsorption It is the main adsorption mode for the adsorption of lead waste liquid by porous magnesium phosphate adsorbent.
