The design of the friction welding machine measurement and control system is a technology that can simultaneously measure and control by combining multiple disciplines and multiple fields.Among them,measurement technology is mainly applied to the knowledge of disciplines such as sensors and signal processing;control technology is applied to the knowledge of disciplines such as control theory and control engineering.The continuous drive friction welding machine measurement and control system studied in this paper combines the advanced detection technology of virtual instruments and electro-hydraulic proportional technology in the field of hydraulics to achieve a rapid improvement in the level of electromechanical and hydraulic integration of friction welding.Friction welding technology is a high-efficiency,high-quality,energy-saving,pollution-free solid-state welding technology.With the wide application in important fields such as aerospace,aviation,petroleum,and ships,higher requirements for the accuracy and stability of welding products.In order to obtain higher quality welding products,the existing friction welding machine is taken as the research object,and the overall plan of the measurement and control system that meets the requirements is proposed and determined.IPC+ PLC dual CPU mode is used to control the friction welding machine to complete industrial production,and the fuzzy PID Intelligent control theory is applied in actual research and development.According to the requirements of the friction welding machine measurement and control system,the hardware constituting the measurement and control system is selected,including sensors,industrial computers,data acquisition cards,etc.;in terms of software,the upper computer uses LABVIEW to program the interface of the measurement and control system to realize the pressure during the welding process,Collection of signals such as displacement and speed,closed-loop control of pressure,data display and storage.The PLC of the lower machine realizes automatic or manual control of the friction welding machine during welding.The data communication between the upper machine and the lower machine is realized by OPC technology.After completing the design of the friction welding hydraulic measurement and control system,the joint simulation research of the system was performed using AMESim / Simulink,which fully utilized the respective advantages of Amesim’s graphical interface modeling and Simulink’s powerful numerical processing capabilities to ensure the hydraulic system modeling and simulation.Quickness and accuracy save a lot of time for later experimental stages.Measurement and control technology are closely integrated.A high-precision measurement and control system cannot be separated from the development of computers.The measurement and control system designed by this standard perfectly integrates measurement and control technology and computer control technology.It has a good human-machine interface,simple operation,and convenient function expansion.It also improves friction welding on the basis of ensuring intelligent and automated industrial production.Efficiency and quality of machine production. |
