Take eutrophic water as the research object,studying the evolution process of nutrients of eutrophic water in the internal circulation system by laboratory simulation experiments.?1?Study the"water body subsystem and hydroponic plant subsystem"pre-experiment on the treatment effect of eutrophic water body.Using sandy soil,rice,and spider plant as materials,the effects of the system on the treatment of three types of eutrophic water bodies with different nutritional levels in the short term were studied.The results showed that:?1?The total removal rates of TN,TP,and CODMnn concentration of water bodies in systems were 81.51%to 90.24%,70.50%to 92.41%,36.11%to 56.86%.?2?The removal rate of TN,TP and CODMnn in water by different nutrient systems is from high to low in order:hyper>middle>light.In the same degree of eutrophic water,the removal rate of TN,TP and CODMnn in rice systems was higher than that of spider plant systems.?3?After the experiment,the water bodies in H-O and H-C dropped to light eutropher,and the rest of the systems dropped to mesotropher.?2?Study the effect of natural composite system?four seasons?on eutrophic water.Using three kinds of soil?paddy soil,fluvo-aquic soil,silt soil?and plants as materials,the effects of the three-level simulated natural composite system on eutrophic water in different seasons?winter spring season,summer autumn season?were studied.1)In winter and spring in the natural conditions,the farmland is dry land,no circulating water flows,and eutrophic water is used as irrigation water to study the growth of plants in the system.The results show that:?1?The comprehensive watering volume in each level of each system is system 1:C1=C2>C3;system 2:C1>C3>C2;system 3 and system 4:C3>C1=C2.?2?From the changes in plant height and leaf number,it can be known that the plant growth in each system is:system 3>system 4>system 2>system 1.2)In summer and autumn,the farmland is wetland,and eutrophic water is used as circulatin g water.The growth of plants in the system and the effect of the system on eutrophic water are studied.The results showed that:?1?The concentrations of TN,TP,and CODMnn in all levels of water in the system increased first and then decreased.At the end of the experiment,the removal rates of TN,TP,and CODMnn in each system were:system 1?74.08%,78.89%,61.57%?,system 2?61.72%,66.09%,51.79%?,system 3?51.09%,49.19%,39.71%?,system 4?62.58%,76.33%,50.06%?.?2?The order of plant growth from high to low is:system 3>system 2?system 4>system 1.In each system,the bi omass of C1 rice was larger than that of C2,but the amount of panicles of C2 was larger than th at of C1.?3?At the end of the experiment,the water nutrition of each system decreased.System 1 d ecreased from hyper eutropher to mesotropher,system 4 was in middle eutropher,and system 2 and system 3 were close to middle eutropher.In summary,the simulated natural composite system can remove N,P and other nutrients in water bodies,thereby achieving the restoration of eutrophic water bodies.
