The unique characteristics of virtual reality technology,such as immersion,interactivity and imagination,make the integration of virtual reality and education complement each other and shine brilliantly.The application of modern information technology represented by VR technology in education will become an important method to speed up the construction of education modernization and will also become an important part of the whole education innovation system.Promote the deep integration of information technology and teaching,so as to comprehensively enhance the use of modern information technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality in education and teaching.In this project,the modular fixture is taken as the research object.The main 3D modeling tools such as Solidworks and 3Ds Max are used,and the unity3 D development engine is used to develop a virtual simulation experiment teaching system of modular fixture.Through this system,users can not only understand and master the relevant knowledge of modular fixture,but also carry out virtual assembly practice for preset modular fixture and experience the fun of learning the knowledge of modular fixture.At the same time,the system also provides users with cognitive modules of various machine tools,study the structure and movement form of lathe,milling machine,grinder,drilling machine,boring machine and other machine tools,and understand the shape characteristics of various machine tools.The research content of this topic mainly includes the following aspects:(1)According to the principle of UI design,the system interface UI is established with Photoshop.In order to increase the beauty and sense of scientific and technological of the system,cold colors such as blue are used as the keynote of UI design and production.(2)A total of 581 standard component models of modular fixture are established by using Solid Works.Set up exactly according to the drawing to ensure that all parts can be assembled accurately.Use 3Ds MAX to create lathe,grinder,drilling machine,boring machine and other machine tool models.(3)Using 3Ds MAX software to make the assembly animation of modular fixture andthe running animation of machine tool.By setting the key frame,the animation curve is planned.(4)Unity3d is chosen as the development engine to research and develop the virtual simulation experiment teaching system of combined fixture,including the construction of the system scene,the import of the model and the compilation and mounting of the program code.Let users know about lathes,milling machines,grinders,drilling machines,boring machines and supporting tools,and understand the use environment of combined fixtures to stimulate users’ passion and interest in learning.
