Nitrate ester-based propellant is easy to decompose to produce nitrogen oxygen free radical and acid substance under the influence of environment and heat accumulation during storage and use,and further accelerates the decomposition of propellant.Therefore,it is necessary to add stabilizers to absorb these acidic substances and active free radicals in the process of storage so as to inhibit the autocatalytic decomposition of the propellant and prolong its storage life.The results show that fullerenes have good ability to absorb free radicals,and the functionalized fullerene derivatives have better ability to absorb free radicals.In this paper,a series of functional fullerene derivatives were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction,and their potential applications in stabilizers were studied.The main work consists of the following four parts:?1?A series of Benzofuran fullerene derivatives were synthesized by nucleophilic addition reaction of C60Cl6 with P-ethoxyphenol,p-methoxyphenol and P-ethylphenol under alkaline conditions.No reported 1,2,3,4-Benzofuran and 1,2,14,15-Benzofuran were isolated.Meanwhile,their molecular structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR,UV-vis and HRMS,their results were consistent with the expected structure.?2?The single crystals of fullerene derivatives were grown by solvent evaporation diffusion method and characterized by x-ray single crystal diffraction.The local electrophilicity of C60Cl6 and its intermediate was calculated by DFT,and Fukui Function f+of different atoms was used to evaluate the local electrophilicity of different sites,and then the reaction mechanism of Benzofuran fullerene derivatives was deduced.?3?In order to further explore the cyclization conditions of Benzo Derivatives,The nucleophilic substitution reaction of benzyl alcohols with C60Cl6 was carried out under the condition of sodium hydride,the reaction of 3,5-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol with C60Cl6 was carried out successfully.?4?The compatibility and stability of fullerene derivatives with nitrocellulose were studied by DTA,methyl violet test paper and thermogravimetric analysis at constant temperature.The results show that the fullerene derivatives have good compatibility with nitrocellulose,and they can stabilize nitrocellulose,and their stability is better than the traditional stabilizer DPA.The interaction between the functional fullerene derivatives and nitroxyl radicals was studied by ESR.It was confirmed that the synthesized functional fullerene derivatives can effectively absorb the NO·and NOx produced by the thermal decomposition of nitrocellulose,thereby inhibiting the autocatalytic reaction,stabilizing the nitrocellulose and extending the service life.
