| Various countries around the world advocate green manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,climate pollution,promote energy conservation and emissions reduction,and to strengthen the recycling economy background,the laser remanufacturing technology is emerging in the new century of the green manufacturing technology,which can effectively solve the problem of the imperfect parts of the fast repair,continue to serve for defective parts,and is regarded as the new direction of technical innovation to the national industry.Aim at the goal that the laser repair platform is the In-situ repaired,simple operation and the lower cost of manufacturing.Based on the forming principle of gantry FDM3 D printer,and "Arduino MEGA 2560+ RAMPS 1.4 expansion board" as the main control board was used.A laser repair platform for the In-Situ repair was designed,the designing of the main structure,motion control circuit and embedded program is included.Based on the main program framework of Marlin,the parameters of the program segments is defined.The visualized FDM3 D printer interface(as e.g.of Simplfy3 D software)is used to realize the control of the laser repair platform and the monitoring of key temperature(Motor heating,Forming environment).The automatic work of laser repair platform was guaranteed basically.Based on the characteristics of FDM3 D desktop printer slicing software,the parameters and principles of the printer slicing software are analyzed,and the laser stereoscopic molding model based on Simplfy3 D slicing software is established.At the same time,the regulation coefficient k was introduced.In addition,the forward and backward mixed modeling method was adopted to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data model of the defective part.The best single channel laser cladding line process parameters is obtained by orthogonal test: laser power 250 W,scanning speed 3 mm/s,powder feeding rate 9g/min,single channel cladding line section parameters: melting height H=0.63 mm,melting height W=1.91 mm,calculated the track center distance C=1.38 mm,single layer elevation delta △Z=0.45 mm.The distance between the center of the track and the lift of the single layer are related to the extruder width and the height of the slice software respectively.According to the data of four groups of different sections with adjustment coefficient k(k: 100%,80%,70%,50%),the cladding result shows that the cladding surface of the k=50% is flat relatively.Finally,the task that the imperfect turbine and the defective parts of slope synchronized to defective parts 3D model and the slicing data under the reverse engineering auxiliary is obtained,the self-built laser repair platform is used to complete the defective parts of the repair experiments,and the microstructure,hardness and nondestructive testing results were analyzed,and the experimental results show that the interface combination of smelting gold,compact structure,the basic cladding layer is good relatively,and stomatal crack defects is found scarcely. |
