| Anthocyanins from black rice and anthocyanins from mulberries are natural substances extracted from black rice and mulberries respectively.They have antioxidant,free radical scavenging,anti-cancer,bacteriostatic,anti-mutation and other biological activities.At first,this paper measured the black rice and mulberry anthocyanins in vitro antioxidant effect,further to natural aging rats as experimental models,perimenopausal rats by observing the behavioral changes,ovaries,uterus,liver and kidney tissue slice observation and related physiological indexes determination,black rice anthocyanins and mulberry anthocyanins were studied on the influence of natural aging rats perimenopausal syndrome.DPPH free radical scavenging rate,total reduction capacity and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate were determined to determine the antioxidant effect of anthocyanins from black rice and mulberry anthocyanins in vitro.The natural aging female SD rats aged 13 months were selected,and the female SD rats that had entered the perimenopmenopause were selected according to whether the estrous cycle was disturbed.After 8 weeks of gavage of anthocyanin,the rats were evaluated for their behavior,physiological and biochemical indexes were determined,and tissue sections were observed.It was found that anthocyanins from black rice and mulberry anthocyanins could to some extent enhance the exploration ability and curiosity of rats and reduce the fear of unfamiliar environment.It could significantly reduce the content of luteinizing hormone(LH),so as to regulate the endocrine disorder of rats and to some extent regulate the hormone level.It has a good regulating effect on the autonomic nerve function,and could improve the excitability of perimenopausal rats,alleviate the aging phenomenon of perimenopausal rats,and relieve hot flashes,palpitations and other symptoms to some extent.Both could significantly increase the number of uterine estrogen receptors(ER);There were different degrees of improvement in ovary,uterus and liver,and the improvement effect of mulberry anthocyanin was better.Mulberry anthocyanins could to a certain extent,improve the total superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and liver tissue(SOD),catalase(CAT)activity,significantly reduced the serum and liver tissue of malondialdehyde(MDA),could alleviate because of perimenopausal syndrome caused by oxidative stress reaction,reduce the cell damage.Anthocyanins of black rice could significantly reduce the total cholesterol in rat serum.Anthocyanins could significantly increase the content of butyric acid in rat feces.This indicated that anthocyanins of black rice could reduce blood lipid level to a certain extent and assist in maintaining normal physiological function of intestinal tract. |
