In recent years,more and more imported foods have flooded into China and have become an indispensable part of people’s daily lives.With the frequent occurrence of quality and safety incidents of imported food at home and abroad,the quality and safety supervision and customs clearance of imported foods have put forward higher requirements for inspection and quarantine.The traditional working mode of batch pumping and item inspection has not been able to meet the reality of society as the number of imported food batches has increased year by year.Therefore,under the premise of ensuring food quality and safety,improving customs clearance efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the needs of the supervision of imported food quality,this paper extracts the risk indicators based on the analysis of the historical detection data of imported foods,selects the entropy method for objective empowerment,and considers the influence of country and time to improve the risk.Evaluate the model to achieve dynamic analysis of imported food risks,and finally complete the research on imported food risk dynamic analysis system under the support of data and models.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)According to the background analysis of imported food safety risks,it is important to determine the risk analysis for the quality and safety supervision and customs clearance of imported food.The data preprocessing and risk assessment methods were selected to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent system data analysis and system model research.(2)According to the on-the-spot investigation conducted by the Fujian Bureau and the Chongqing Bureau,the specific needs of the customs clearance work for imported foods were clarified,and the demand analysis of the imported food risk dynamic analysis system was carried out from both functional and non-functional aspects to ensure that the system can be realized at different times and at different times.Dynamic analysis of food risks in source countries,so as to quickly adjust the sampling of imported foods,improve work efficiency,improve customs clearance speed,and ensure food safety.(3)Pre-processing and statistical analysis of imported food historical testing data,clarifying the risk items of imported foods,and sorting out the four risk indicators of detection rate,unqualified rate,qualification degree and severity by using the 2016 test data,and using objective The weight calculation method entropy method is used to improve the system risk assessment model.On the basis of obtaining food risk,two national and time risk adjustment factors are introduced to realize the dynamic analysis of food type-country-time combination risk.(4)Using the test data and risk assessment model as the system support,according to the system requirements analysis,the overall function and database of the system are designed,and the Web-side imported food risk analysis platform and the imported food risk information collection APP are realized,and the black box test technology is adopted.Some of the features were tested and the test results met the system requirements and functional design.
