As an alternative fuel for traditional petrochemical energy,biodiesel is a key factor in solving the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution in today's society and achieving sustainable development.The technical work in each step of the biodiesel preparation process is to achieve its scale.Industrialization development has important practical significance.At present,the detection of physical and chemical indicators of biodiesel is mainly carried out by traditional instruments such as gas chromatography and liquid chromatography at home and abroad,the detection speed is slow,the measurement cost is high,and the samples are consumed,the research on rapid detection technology for biodiesel preparation process is very rare,and there is no special detection equipment with lower cost,the research on biodiesel high-efficiency synthesis equipment is not available for reference.In this paper,the near-infrared detection technology and the biodiesel near-infrared detection platform in the process of non-aqueous phase immobilized lipase catalytic synthesis of biodiesel are studied.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of near-infrared detection technology and analytical method theory,determine a reasonable methanol content detection scheme,develop a methanol-based near-infrared rapid detection system based on the near-infrared characteristic absorption wavelength of methanol in the reaction solution,test the system performance,and establish the methanol measurement standard curve using different methanol content biodiesel mixture samples and verify the detection effect of this system.(2)The near-infrared spectra of 27 sets of biodiesel mixture samples with different reaction conversion rates were collected,the model samples were determined after abnormal samples were removed,the conversion formula of biodiesel mixture sample conversion rate was derived,and the quantitative analysis model of conversion rate near-infrared spectra was established.The best near-infrared spectroscopy detection scheme was determined by comparing the prediction effects of each model.(3)Improve the existing shaker platform mechanism in the laboratory,verify the structural design rationality by ANSYS statics and modal analysis,analyze the temperature control scheme,and design a high-throughput temperature control system,combined with the methanol near-infrared rapid detection system developed in this paper,the near-infrared detection platform for biodiesel synthesis reaction was established.(4)Based on PC,develop the PC software of near-infrared detection platform including methanol content near-infrared rapid detection and high-throughput reactor temperature control system to realize methanol content display,data recording and different reactor temperature data of reaction platform.Real-time display and data storage have accumulated a certain technical foundation for the development of related equipment in the future.
