The impact of flue gas emissions from coal-fired power plants on the environment has attracted increasing attention from all sectors of society.Environmental laws and regulations have also made stricter environmental protection requirements.Among them,sulfur dioxide is the main component of the pollution caused by flue gas,and it is also the main data of environmental monitoring.In order to meet the new requirements of environmental protection policies and better assume the social responsibility of energy conservation and emission reduction,coal-fired power plants have simultaneously implemented flue gas desulfurization transformation project,and the corresponding study on the desulfurization transformation project also appears quite meaningful.Coal-fired power plant desulfurization technology development in our country has experienced decades of history,from the domestic researches on the slow start,to usher in the rapid development of desulfurization industry in China,there appeared many conforms to China's national conditions and technical route of the characteristics of the coal-fired power stations,both in the test phase of the process,there are also have mature technology in the field of industrial applications.At present,gypsum-limestone wet desulfurization technology is the most widely used,the most mature technology and the most stable operation technology in China's industrial equipment.The research of this paper is also based on this technology.On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign research status of desulfurization renovation project,this paper introduces the representative desulfurization process,compares the corresponding indexes of several common domestic processes,and selects the more economical and practical process flow.Taking this as the starting point,this paper analyzes the desulfurization transformation project of the studied A power plant,and establishes the process and construction plan of the transformation project by comprehensively combing and analyzing the transformation scope,operation condition and environmental protection requirements of the project,and combining the existing problems of the original desulfurization device and design parameters.This paper focuses on the implementation of the reconstruction project and the control of key links.Based on the reconstruction project implementation process as the carrier,the company has completed the project and the execution of the existing management mode and the way of change,from the establishment of the project management organization structure,the personnel,tasks,the allocation of resources,schedule,quality and safety control,and the key construction project of the establishment of internal quality control and model are made innovative attempt,and with the same period in the implementation of other similar project various conditions to make a comparison on key quality indicators,it is concluded that the reconstruction project of application management mode and the innovation of the way to achieve the double increase of efficiency and quality,...
