As China's economy enters a new period of economic development,private enterprises have developed rapidly with strong innovation capabilities,flexible mechanisms,and keen market perception.In addition,the role in the national economy is increasingly important.However,the development of private enterprises is accompanied by the opportunity of reform and opening up.In the vertical direction,its development process is relatively short,and there is still a lack of standardized scientific management.For private enterprises in the late stage of entrepreneurship,faced with an increasingly intense market competition environment,how to improve management efficiency and achieve high-quality sustainable development is a key issue.The view that human resources are the foundation of the company's primary resources and core competitiveness has been widely recognized by the academic and business circles.Performance management,as a key component of human resource management,permeates all aspects of enterprise management and is sustainable for a company.Development has far-reaching significance.The paper takes performance management as the starting point.Firstly,it summarizes the main research results in the field of performance management through literature research.Then combined with the analysis results of B company performance management questionnaire,it is determined that the BSC-based performance management system construction method is selected as the solution,and the analytic hierarchy process is used for optimization.Finally,the corresponding performance management system is designed for the company's departments,and giving business management suggestions.This paper aims to improve the scientific management of B's performance management by improving the scientific management of B's performance management issues,to improve the company's overall operational management efficiency,to achieve the company's strategic goals,and to enhance its industry influence.With a view to provide reference to the improvement of performance management issues of the private enterprise at the similar stage.
