Gaolan terminal gas operating company CNOOC is the domestic largest natural gas processing terminal.Received and operated the natural gas from the biggest offshore platform-LW3-1 platform in Asia,a complete set of gas capacity is 8 billion m3/a,the corresponding stable condensate oil unit design processing capacity is 3500 m3/d.Transported the natural Gas to Guangdong province pipe manifold after preprocessing unit,meanwhile hydrocarbon into the tank by fractionation unit,finally the liquid phase transmission into the tank after stable condensate oil unit.Since stable condensate oil unit put into production,due to the demand of downstream changes frequently and flash steam compressor HydroCOM system parameter setting is wrong,cause capacity can’t meet the design requirements with evacuating,not only cause the economical losses,also impact on the environment.First of all,To improve the parameters inside the HYSYS software,after observations,To improve the parameters of process and HydroCOM control system.Finally,finish a set of reliability,safety,high economic performance of stable condensate oil unit.Implements the rated capacity and overcame the gas vent that caused by the frequent change of processing,mismatched parameter and the issue such as difference of economical effiency.
