Assembly particles at interfaces of multiphases,including amphiphilicpolymers,nanoparticlesand the structure composed by hydrophilic nanoparticles with surfactants dissolved in other phase,has been the hotspot of research areas.Particles assembly at liquid-liquid interface is the efficient method to prepare functional nanomaterials and obtain many excellent accomplishments.Most of the researchers mainly focus on nanoparticles self-organized at fluid interface,however,such scientific field still has lots of unsettled matters needed to be overcome.This letter,we mainly contribute on researching the interfacial behaviors of cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)assembly with different surfactant at the interface of water-oil by tuning various factors and find the suitable condition to capture the unbalance liquid and obtain accurate liquid structure,liquid letterslike "A".In addition,we also apply the assembly structure to produee Pickering emulsion and foam with adaptive and designed properties.Mainly research contents as follows:(1)The first research system includes two phases dissolved CNCs in aqueous phase and functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane as surfactant in toluene.The assembly film composed bynanoparticles and surfactantscan be applied in all-liquid 3D printing and all-liquid 3D molding.Exploring suitable assembly condition to prepare nanoscale thin film to design accurate liquid structureby tuning different conditions,for example pH values,the concentration of particles,the length of soft matter line and the volume of surfactant.(2)Anotherexperiment system is aqueous phase dissolving CNCs and toluenephase with functionalized polystyrene.Preparing stable Pickering emulsion and adaptive droplet of emulsion and porous foam produced by freezing dry the emulsionproduction based on the self-assembly of CNCs with functional polystyrene at water-oil interface.Predigest traditional schemes used to prepare porous materials and provide new idea for the preparation of structured liquids and responsive materials.
